The Tech came out, and he said that he would fix it, but the dryer belt he installed was not good for GE appliances and it messed up my dryer. I paid for the service and belt. Of course, i called the company back and complained, but they said there was nothing they could do. I decided to call Thumbtack and was able to talk with Emim, the owner with All State Service Appliance. He was professional and came out seen the problem and had to replace a part. I waited for about a day or two and he came back and replaced the part and fixed the problem. I also have other repairs in my home like my kitchen that I will hire him to fix like my dishwasher door not shutting. He did an Awesome job 👏 🙌 Thank you"See more

Unfortunately, the repair itself did not resolve the issue. A part was replaced that did not fix the problem, and the replacement was done without first confirming or getting my approval. Because the issue remains unresolved and the part replacement was not discussed beforehand, I am now exploring options to recover the cost of the repair. I hope the company will reach out to address this matter and work toward a fair resolution."See more

JAK Appliance Repair technician Sam did an awesome job fixing by installing new suspension rods for Samsung washing machine. The technician verified the issue by diagnosing and confirmed the issue, broken suspension rods. JAK Appliance got the new parts in 2 days and the technician swiftly installed the suspension rods. Over and all really stratified with the work done and price paid. They made it economical.

My Samsung dryer stopped heating. I contacted SmartFix and they got back to me within minutes. I was able to schedule the appointment for the next day and they came within the timeframe provided. Bohdan immediately got to work after I explained the issue and found the problem. He explained what went wrong and why. Luckily he had the parts he needed and was able to fix my dryer within an hour or so. I would definitely recommend them for appliance repair.

Shawn came out to repair our Samsung induction cooktop. We are extremely happy with the work done and the overall experience. He was also very responsive and kept me up to date on the parts that were ordered. We had another company that came out before him that didn't even bother to take apart the range to find the problem. Once Shawn arrived he took everything apart so that he could diagnose the problem correctly. The quote we received was also much better than the previous company.
