I reached out to a few different professionals, and Pablo was by far the most responsive and detailed. He was able to come out in just a couple of days - and on a Sunday! Not only was he able to fix a massive chemical stain on our honed granite countertop, but he also helped us bracket our sink what had pulled away from the countertop, he fixed an ugly seam in the granite, and he repaired the areas where the countertop didn't meet the tile backsplash. Pablo was extremely professional and lovely to work with, as well as tidy, efficient, and competitively priced! HIghly recommend!"See more

Tom Markham says, "My sewage line partially blocked. Several different companies came out to diagnose and recommend/estimate cost of repairs. A friend of mine who retired to Charlotte from out of state and was a plumber before retirement was present for all three companies. It was clear to me that he knew more than the people sent by the first 2 companies. After scoping the line, both of those companies told me that I would have to replace the entire pipe from my house to the cities sewer connection at a cost in excess of $20,000. Questioning by my friend to them suggested that they might be trying to take advantage of me. When next level came out, namely, Bailey, he was quite happy to have my friend available. They watched the pipe scoping together and both agreed on a solution replacing only 10 feet of pipe at a cost considerably less than the other two companies. I feel quite comfortable that I received excellent service that was appropriate for the problem and saved a considerable amount of money. I would strongly recommend next level!"See more
