Competent Strength and Fitness Trainer
Rob Brinkley has always been into fitness and wellness. He delved into books while he was in the US Army and started running a program for the other soldiers until he was put in charge of the overweight program, and then eventually into the Modern Army Combatives Program (hand-to-hand combat).
He was so fascinated with teaching and training people that he pursued it further and became a certified personal trainer/wellness coach, and now runs his own strength and fitness studio.
My training philosophy is to build from the inside out. Training would start by building core strength and balance needed in everyday life then move to muscular endurance. If your goals go further than that, I offer muscle building, weight loss, and strength programs. For athletes, I have speed reaction and quickness programs along with power training programs. Any fitness goals you have we will conquer together.
