Restored lost Administrators password for Windows operating system. Removed over thirty (>30) viruses/malware. Resolved computer/printer interface problems. Provided and installed security software. Provided extensive information and suggestions. Overall, Covey Computer Services (CCS) exceeded expectations. CCS understood the problems that the laptop computer was experiencing. Communications were easy and effective. CCS resolved the problems to my full satisfaction. Since I had no urgent need for the computer, I so-advised CCS, so I cannot comment on how quickly I could have had the repair completed if I had expressed an urgent need. While CCS was working on the problems, CCS phoned me to keep me abreast of progress. I am recommending CCS to friends and family.

I wanted to take a moment and mention that Dwight provided excellent service today. He has in the past been easy to work with. I originally used him to set up my server and once again he came through in repairing my company web service. From what I read Microsoft has made it rough on those out there trying to install the SP3 patch. I came into the same problem when I installed the SP2 patch for SharePoint. But was able to resolve that on my own. Who thought SP3 would basically wipe me dry. But Dwight came through and I would like to commend him on a job well done. I rarely need external help, but its nice to know when I do need it, you have reliable people to guide me through it. Thank You Dwight and I do appreciate your service.
