Very unprofessional, I should’ve cancel him when he call 2x to say he’s 5 mins away but didn’t arrived for 50mins. When he arrived and started assisting the issue he was continually interrupted by girlfriend arguing on the phone. He spends 5 hours changing an elbow drain and to fix a pex pipe. problem seem to fix, until a couple of hours later when pex started to drip. I informed him he came back to the house to say it’s water that was on other pipes that’s dripping off now, when I call and text he stop responding. He’s not for big plumbing job maybe just to install toilet and faucet.

My experience with the Gentleman that came to my home today was horrible! He had a strong accent but I was able to understand him because I have been around people from his country. He was repeating what he was going to do multiple times I explain to him let us do the basic before we get to anything else. I notice he started to have an attitude. My instinct at this point told me to just pay him the diagnostic fee that he said was $40 by the way the profile stated $35. Instead I went ahead and allow him to fix the problem. He stated he will be back I assume he was going to the truck to get parts and come back. This guy was gone for over 30 mins. When I realize the truck was gone I called him and he told me he went to the plumbing store, didn't apologize. He inserted the new piece and stated " oh the shower head much better" I told him that wasn't the problem it was the bottom faucet. He got an attitude again and stated I'll take out the piece I put in. I stated why would do that it's already in just leave it. He now says it would be $75 more to fix the bottom faucet! This is what he should have done in the first place! I mumble this is insane and over price he heard me and went off slamming my doors!!! He wouldn't calm down. My tenant son was home as well he didn't care. I had to call the cops.
I don't want anyone especially a woman to experience this behavior! Do not do business with this man he is very disrespectful!
