I am male and 63 years old. Marie Solimeo has been my personal trainer for more than ten years! When I started working with her, I had recently gone through a difficult treatment for a serious illness. I seemed to feel tired all the time. Since that time, Marie has helped me gradually raise my fitness level, using a combination of careful strength and aerobic training. When I met Andre he took time to listen to my goals and workout style. We started out gradual and overtime we increased the intensity of the workouts and met 2 to 3x a week. My strength improved tremendously as well as agility. I feel terrific, dropped weight and most of all saw results. He is passionate about fitness and nutrition which made it very easy. Ive always been into lifting and exercising through my life. I'd work really hard with not a lot of guidance, which I figured I didn't need. I mean how hard can lifting, and exercising be on your own? I only pushed myself so hard, and found myself settling with current results which were not anything worth showing off. Until, I decided to take a few sessions through Next Level Boxing and Fitness with Dave. The guy is super cool and forces you past your expected physical limits. I was skeptical at first but he's opened my eyes and gave me A LOT of confidence in myself. I am super satisfied with what i am instructed to do. It never gets boring either, whether it's an interval workout, boxing workout, or just a light workout to get the blood flowing. I've never felt as good as I feel now. I wish this review gave this personal trainer the credit he deserves.
He sees where you are physically and gradually increases the intensity of the workouts each time. I've already started seeing results...only doing it once/week

I am so glad that I found Tony. He was super quick to answer me and made the process so simple. We spoke on Tuesday and I was in the door Wednesday. I had my first meeting with him tonight and he had me moving!!! Tony is very knowledgeable and encouraging. I know that he can help me get to where I want to be. The gym is so clean and private it made me feel very comfortable. The workout was intense but I know that I will get stronger. I can't wait for my next session on Saturday! I highly recommend Adult Gym Class.

I had the pleasure of working with Tav in both group and one and one sessions. He is both experienced & committed to helping reach and exceed all possible fitness goals. I started with Tav training once a week, as part of a group class, and really enjoyed the variety and challenges he put into each class. Every week was different, from circuit training to hiit intervals, weights and much more. I was also able to have personal one-on-one session as well! They were equally challenging yet somehow fun and a good variety of exercises. He is supportive and encourages you in a positive way to help achieve all goals that were set. Working with Tav, my fitness has increased noticeably and I’ve seen improvements in my ability to complete more sit ups / core exercises, lift progressively heavier weights and generally push myself harder throughout each session. I find I actually look forward to my workouts with him. Most Importantly: He alway made sure that my technique was correct to avoid any injuries and provided tips and ideas on how to continue to challenge myself. He is reliable and is always ready to start training ahead of time, with an exercise routine planned out for that session. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tav as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness and health goals. He is one of the best!
I have religiously doing High Intensity Interval Training wth Danielle for over two years!! Never been in better shape or better spirits! It is a stellar class for all fitness levels and I assure you I do some modifications. Her class never gets easier as it is constantly changing, challenging and striving to make us ALL better!
Fitness options available are great. The place can use some improvement like having mirrors installed even in just one side of the wall, so participants can see if the execution of the exercise/training is right.

So I know my way around a gym and have achieved fitness objectives in the past. The picture I’ve attached is me 20 years ago. I’m on a mission to get back to this shape. My best results have been achieved with the assistance of a personal trainer. I’ve had excellent trainers in the past but that required a selection process. I would watch the trainers at my gym work. I would observe their attitude, intensity and work ethic. In time one would stand apart as the best in the gym and then I would secure that trainer because I had high goals and that required a skilled professional. At the time I was at the CLUB METRO Gym in Phillipsburg. I made my selection but the gym moved to a new location and I didn’t like the new location and changed gyms. I’m getting to the point so just hang in there a bit longer. That was 2 years ago- so now I’m looking for a trainer again but nobody stands out in either of the 2 gyms I use. I went to another gym where the training manager layed out my options based on 25 minute training sessions with a variety of packages that did not appeal to me. Not to mention I hadn’t seen any of their trainers in action and 25 min sessions isn’t gonna work for me. I need high intensity training for at least 45-60 minutes. What to do? Finally I just googled “freelance trainers” and boom THUMBTACK pops up listing 5 options. BD FITNESS stood out to me and I went to their Facebook page. I watched a vid of the owner of this fitness studio give a tour of his training facility and the second I saw him I recognized him as the trainer I had selected at The Club Metro two years ago. I was instantly fired up and immediately contacted BRANDON DELGADO and met with him at his facility. I wanted 3 sessions a week- an hour each- Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00-11:00am. He was booked at those times but set me up with his associate DONNY RUNRILL. I’ve had 3 sessions with Donny and the training has been superb. I’ve already learned much and have no doubt that as long as I put in the work and follow the nutrition plan DONNY will get me to my fitness objective. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND BD FITNESS Here’s the other bonus. Because this is a private fitness studio you and your trainer won’t have to navigate the obstacles of a busy gym. The most crowded it can get is if both Brandon and Donny are training clients at the same time which is incredibly freeing. I haven’t even mentioned the pricing. Not only am I getting superior training at an outstanding faculty. I’m also getting a great price. It’s win win win.......... I know it sounds like I’m a friend or family member but I’ve never conversed with either Brandon or Donny until a few days ago. I’m just that impressed!
I started working with Rimma on September 2012. My weight was out of control and I had no muscle tone. She came over my place twice a week and gave me homework to do on my own when I was not with her. We either did the session in my apartment or in the shared gym downstairs and she would adapt the exercises accordingly. A lot of the exercises were based on high intensity interval training and we mostly used body weight although we would incorporate weights when appropriate. Rimma also helped me with the diet, I thought I was eating healthy until we started tracking my meals to realize that my diet could be improved and we worked on small changes at a time. Overall, I had a great experience with Rimma, she helped me lose some weight and build muscle tone, but most importantly she helped me embrace exercise as a way of living. I was very sad when she told me she was moving far away, otherwise I would continue working with her
Beth is a terrific trainer! I am very pleased with how she helped me prepare for my Mt. Kilimanjaro climb. She gained an understanding of the climb profile and trekking demands, and then created a training plan to suit my schedule. My plan included endurance, interval, and strength training. She is an expert in all three of these areas. Additionally, Beth advised me on hydration and nutrition strategies, both in general and for the climb specifically. She was always enthusiastic, communicative, and prompt. My positive trekking experience was largely due to Beth's efforts. Her dedication to client's success is genuine. She'll always work hard to help individuals reach their goals!
Ive had several trainers over the course of many years and I always struggled to find the right balance between skills, personality and overall chemistry. While many trainers have been skilled, they either couldnt motivate me to do my best, or seemed disinterested in ensuring my form and techniques were correct or simply didnt push me enough. All of this changed when I met and began training with Josh. Not only is he highly skilled in technique, but he is also very knowledgable about the body and what each exercise targets. He began our first session with an assessment of my skills, what I was looking for, what my schedule/commitment could be and how he could help me attain my goals. Once, we had all of those details squared away, each training session was very different from the last. I tend to get bored with working out, especially if something becomes a routine. Keeping that in mind, Josh always had a different game plan for all our sessions. He kept it varied, interesting and even fun! He pushed me beyond my comfort zone, which is exactly what I needed. When something became very visibly difficult, he would first try different tactics to keep me going, even joining in himself often times as partnership motivation, and if it was truly impossible, he always had a plan B and sometimes even a plan C in place. There was never downtime for him to figure out what to do with me when I was unable to do a particular exercise. I loved that our sessions were outdoors when the weather was nice, it really added so much dimension to the workouts. The workouts were always intense, but never routine. From boxing, to soccer, to cones, to weights, to jumprope, bands, et al. he incorporated everything. He was sensitive to my injuries and always made sure that none of the exercises would irritate my injuries nor would they hinder my progress. He really took the time to create a workout that was incredibly personalized for me and I would recommend him to anyone (whether youre a beginner, advanced or somewhere in the middle client) without any reservation. And on top of all of that, he has a very friendly, funny and likable personality. It would be impossible to not get along with him. His personality is in fact a big pro in keeping you motivated and not giving up as he ensures that while you are working out, you are not bored. KILLER WORKOUTS!!! Jeanine is so inspiring and continuously provides fun and exciting workouts. I've been working out with her for a couple months now and I've never been stronger physically or mentally. I love how I never do the same workout twice - each time I have a session, more challenges are brought to the table. The workouts balance high energy interval training and weight training, but also focus on balance and flexibility. I've never been so toned!
I first came to rowdell's fitness in 2000 because I wanted to protect and build bone. At 47, I knew it was important to a woman to maintain a strong bone structure. I didn't know I would become so hooked on weights and strength training. Rowdell has the ability to adapt to each client's needs and personality so he is able to consistently motivate each one. I found he had been in the medical field for 20 years, had competed on a national level in bodybuilding competitions, and continued to educate himself on new health revelations. He had clients that had been training with him for years. I became one of them. It isn't really about building muscle. It's about feeling good about yourself. Steve was our personal trainer for nearly a year. We were referred to him by a physical therapist as a way to strengthen and reduce pain in my fiance's back. Steve's emphasis on form and proper training technique significantly improved his back pain (when nothing else seemed to be working!), while simultaneously helping him to strengthen his back and surrounding muscles. We had a fantastic experience with Steve - he was professional, knowledgeable and developed personalized workouts that were customized to our ability and fitness goals.
