I am male and 63 years old. Marie Solimeo has been my personal trainer for more than ten years! When I started working with her, I had recently gone through a difficult treatment for a serious illness. I seemed to feel tired all the time. Since that time, Marie has helped me gradually raise my fitness level, using a combination of careful strength and aerobic training. Through her patient work, she has been immensely helpful and has really improved my quality of life.
Phil is a wonderful person trainer to work with. He listens to what you would like to achieve and helps personalize a training routine that works well for the individual. I would strongly recommend him as a personal trainer.
I've been working out using various fitness programs available for purchase (e.g. Insanity, P90X, Les Mills) for a few years and thought I knew a lot about how to work out. When I tried to put something together on my own, I quickly found out how wrong I was! I did know a lot of exercises, but putting them together into a program that fit what I was trying to achieve just wasn't happening. I was so lucky to have found Dancer for Life. After a brief fit test and interview, she put together a program for me that was perfect for my goals. I wanted to improve my strength and lean out my physique. I saw results on the first part pretty quickly with her guidance and encouragment. She also helped me realize that the leaning out part takes time, but I am seeing great results there too. I would have totally messed up ( and probably given up) without her as a trainer. If you are looking for someone who can help you with YOUR fitness goals and not some cookie-cutter approach, Dancer is the one for you. She is certainly my permanent trainer!
I recently started training with Carlos and hes exceeded all my expectations. Ive been training for over 20 years and am in pretty good shape, but wanted to get my body to the next level. Since I never worked with a trainer before, I was not sure what to expect. Carlos is truly amazing and I mean it! He has a terrific demeanor, exceptional motivator, inspiring and has innovative approaches to driving results. In a short period of time, he has taught me creative methods to shocking my body. Additionally, he provides guidelines for clean eating along with a training regimen you can do when youre not with him, to keep the momentum going. I really believe what sets him apart from other trainers is that he genuinely cares During one of my workouts, I arrived on an empty stomach and immediately, he brought me a protein shake to ensure I was properly fueled up for a hardcore workout!! He wont EVER let you give up and does an excellent job at picking you up, when you are down. I would LOVE to train with him Forever & Ever, because, YES, hes that GOOD! Andre is a great guy and teacher who genuinely wants to teach others how to defend themselves. Helpful to anyone at all levels of training.
I’ve been meeting with Andre for personal training sessions for over a year. Not only have I noticed changes in my appearance (lost approx 20 lbs, lost inches, and toned up), but my physical capabilities have vastly improved too! I give all the credit to Andre for being such a great trainer. He’s extremely motivating and encouraging. I can sometime slack if we don’t schedule appointments in advance, but I can always count on him to follow up to make sure I get my workout in with him. If you want a great trainer that offers encouragement and will get you results but doesn’t yell i at you like a drill sergeant then Andre’s the man for the job!!
What I like about Mason from Shock the World is that he knows how to motivate me. He makes each of my training sessions challenging but rewarding while giving me the push I need. I would recommend him as your personal trainer if you want to achieve your fitness goals.

Ed is a master of physiology and nutrition. He understands how the body works and needs to be fueled in order to stay fit. Each training session with Ed is different from the next and extremely valuable. Overall, he is passionate what he does and the results show!
I found Lisa through her website after quite a bit of searching. I knew what I wanted to accomplish; I just didn't know how to get it done. Nutritional advice, personal training, and motivation is what I was searching for and exactly what I found in Lisa! She is encouraging, upbeat, and always focused on my development. The workouts are fun, varied and always challenging. As I have made lifestyle changes toward being healthier - I feel that I have a true partner in Lisa. She has worked with me on so many different muscle groups and overall cardio fitness my health, body and spirit are all stronger. Each time we go through something new she demonstrates just what a strong and effective teacher she is both my modeling the exercise and patiently giving feedback until my form improves. She is such a strong teacher that many of the exercises she has taught me I now can do at home. Lisa has a variety of videos that she has available for those in-between work outs along with those times I can't make my twice weekly workouts. Simply put - a joy to work with and a complete health coach. I feel nothing less than grateful to have found her.
Keith Barr is a wonderful person and a great track coach! He has been the Head Coach of the Rancocas Valley Track Club, which is a youth sports training program for kids as young as 5 years old, for many years now. The athletes love Coach Keith's easy going personality and the parents love his dedication to the program and to their kids. Keith is very positive, professional and encouraging to all participants. He welcomes athletes of all ages and ability levels and has consistently welcomed athletes with special needs. He has provided many young kids with the knowledge and early training they need to develop early motor skills and become familiar with the sport of track & field. As those athletes age and grow, they continue to get faster and stronger. For those who are older and ready for more serious training, he is very knowledgeable and demanding, yet understanding and encouraging and is able to cater to the individual needs of the athletes. The results speak for themselves as many of the RVTC athletes that Keith has coached have gone on to be track & field and cross country standouts at Rancocas Valley HS and/or college track programs.
Kirsten has a high energy level that really helped me complete the workouts and my personal goals. She is one of the few trainers I know who actually lives what she teaches. Kirsten's knowledge of numerous styles of physical training and yoga keeps her sessions anything but routine.
Gian is a great trainer. He is able to custom tailor a workout plan for every client based on specific goals, concerns, and abilities. His focus on technique really puts you at ease that you will never be pushed to compete an excessive that is unsafe. We just finished 10 weeks of training together and because of the results Gian was able to help me achieve I have extended for an entire year. Gian is personable and professional and I highly recommend him to anyone looking for a personal trainer.
Training with Lenora is a rewarding experience. Not only did she push me beyond what I thought were my limits, with great results, but Lenora added yoga, stretching, dietary discussion and body mass analysis for a total overall mind, body, and spirit workout.
Chris has been training me for over a year now and the transformation is remarkable. As a former athlete and now new mom I was having trouble getting my body back to the pre-baby shape I was used to being in. Chris's approach was wonderful in that we talked about where I wanted togged to, what i was willing to do (frequency and nutrition) and he really customized his approach based on my individual wants, concerns, and body type. Most trainers feel like they have 1 or 2 methods they apply to everyone but for me i liked the personal approach Chris has had with me. I highly recommend Chris and PTbyCV! .... results: so far i am down 30lbs in 8 months but whats better than the number on the scale is how in shape and energized I feel. You can't put a price on results!

He asked me what I was looking to get out of one on one training. 10 minutes later, an appointment was scheduled for several days later and we have been training together ever since.
Musa Cooper is an excellent personal trainer. He has the ability to train people from beginners level to advanced level. Once he knows a person's fitness goal, he will help them achieve it. Personally, I have achieved the level of feeling that my body is conditioned through Musa's training. I could not have achieved this by myself.
Valerie Graham is the best thing that happened in my life. I have been training with her for 3 years. Her training style is incredible. She has a great passion for fitness and is superb at what she does. A trainer who listens and makes you feel you are heard and handles you with great empathy and compassion. She is extremely knowledgeable, professional, flexible and effective and also very kind and just a joy to be around! Every time I workout with her, it feels like its the first time all over again, that is the kind of dedication she offers. She plays several roles - a great motivator , a counselor , a friend, a confidant, a goal setter and the list can go on. But who ever has the opportunity to have her in their lives for sure will be blessed with good health and fitness. She's one of a kind ! Go get her people ..that would be the best decision of you life , trust me !!!

Jonathan is a certified personal trainer who has been very dedicated to all his clients. He is very knowledgable about personal training techniques, and even created his own suspension equipment and exercises. Very important, he is a honest and genuinely great human being.
