I hired Linda Burns Catering for my wedding this past weekend. Despite a few hiccups, everyone raved about the food and we have tons of leftovers (I had some no-shows and a few last-minute cancellations so we had around 55 guests instead of 60). We had a huge selection of food to accommodate all kinds of dietary restrictions, and everyone had way more than enough to eat. I had a few vegetarians, 2 gluten free, 2 seafood allergies, and 1 nut allergy in our group. We were able to feed everyone well and the price was way below all the other caterers we contacted. Favorites of the evening were the bacon-wrapped scallops, crab-stuffed mushrooms, mini pizzas, meatballs, mac & cheese, and shrimp scampi with rice.The chicken marsala was much better at the tasting we had, at the wedding it seemed a little overcooked and dry, but still tasty. The green beans were over-salted but they still got eaten. The staff gave us amazing service. I tipped them and my father added to my tip because he was so impressed. They went above and beyond what was requested. They asked me if I needed anything, put food on our head table for us, cleared tables and helped clean up at the end of the event. We had the option to hire a bartender but we opted out of it to save on expenses, but they helped with the bar anyway. I was told they were also helping to open bottles of wine and champagne, refilling our ice tubs to chill more beer and wine, and keeping the drink table clean. The only cons I have are minimal and do not matter in the large scheme of things: 1. Communication was a bit off throughout the planning process. I found that texting Linda was the best way to get a quick answer. We didn't get the final menu nailed down until about 3 weeks before the wedding. 2. The Catering Staff was 45 minutes late. They were scheduled to arrive at 3 pm. The wedding began at 4 pm. Normally this wouldn't have been a huge problem since we weren't serving appetizers until 4:30 pm, however since it was raining we had moved the ceremony indoors, deciding that since it was a small group we could just have everyone seated at tables. We rented tables, chairs, and linens through Catering and only the tables and chairs had arrived, the linens were coming with the staff. This meant that none of my guests could enter the main space because the tables had no linens on them. I was informed of this as I was upstairs getting ready and could not come down to do anything. They arrived at 3:45 pm and my friends helped to get the linens out. The ceremony only started about 20 minutes late, and all of the food was served on schedule, so this was not a huge problem. It just created a ton of stress for me and the groom right before the ceremony. Overall, I was very happy with the service and the food, and highly recommend her!

Main line catering is one of the best catering companies I have ever delt with. Patrick was very helpful and made sure we had excellent food for our party. The bruschetta was very tasty and the homemade cannollis didn't make it long on the dessert table. I highly recommend Patrick for your next event!

This has been our third event hiring Scott @ Old School Bartenders. We spend so much time selecting what would be served and revolve our themed events around the cocktails. How do you not hire, the real deal and absolute best! Scott comes to the event to better the experience for your guests and the hosts. He and his team are personality plus. He can handle a crowd and engage them in conversation, make a fantastic drink and he knows how to run a room. i consider him an additional host at our events. I have seen Old School Bartenders handle a crowd of 800 to a house party of 30. We do not use anyone else!

Five Star Staffing helped our restaurant for a large upscale event. We were referred to Five Star as we didn't have enough of our own staff to cover everything. Five Star was phenomenal. I have to say their staff are much better than most catering staffing services I have seen and I've been to quite a few events in my time.

We are rating Christina's Catering 5 star for doing a tremendous catering job at our office. Our business has used various caterers for the past 9 years and none compare to Christina's Catering. This is the first time I ever reviewed a caterer--because they were that good!!! The owner was very knowledgeable and was able to accommodate our last minute sales conference at our office. The waitstaff set up the quick breakfast and handled the service for the luncheon. They created a special quote and menu to meet our dietary needs and the prices were reasonable. We plan on using them for our staff holiday party at one of their banquet facilities and other future parties or meetings. 5 Stars!!! Thanks from Harvey & staff!
