I have seen a fair share of personal trainers, and they all made me feel awkward and not willing to come back, except for Rhonda! Working with her was an amazing experience. Her workouts are challenging and fun, she is always punctual and upbeat, and she is very attentive to any problem areas you might have, adjusting the routines accordingly. I highly recommend Cedric for anyone that wants to get more for less! I've worked with a handful of personal trainers at different gyms but nothing was like having my trainer, Cedric, bring the gym right into my living room at 5:30am! His company, Get Bodied Services, was truly a blessing in my life! Because of my work schedule, it had been challenging to keep up with going to the gym and my hard-earned money was going to waste on my gym membership. After giving Cedric a try for 2-3 sessions a week, not only did it cost less than ONE session at my old gym, but I lost over 20lbs and several inches from my waist/thighs in three months!! Can you say GREAT VALUE? The guidance Cedric provided has motivated me to continue working out on my own with a much better understanding of how to get what I want out each workout! I have had three personal trainers at different times in my life. Neil absolutely is the best one! He is very professional! I have been training with him for over six months. He helped improve my workout to another level within the first 3 weeks. And my body shape changed very quickly. I cannot run due to my knee problems. Neil has helped me figure out a way to do a good cardio without hurting my knees: walking on the treadmill for one hour with incline 15 and speed 3.0. He is very knowledgeable and professional!!!!! Highly recommend!

Mike was my personal trainer from June 15, 2012 to December 1, 2012. I had some initial vague goals of getting into shape and losing some weight. I discussed these goals with Mike and he recommended that I do abdominal core strengthening exercises. I had not exercised on a regular basis in quite a while but Mike made it easy for me to get into an exercise routine. I trained with Mike two times a week after work and the immediate result of doing the exercises was that I felt better physically and mentally. The routine of warm ups, intense exercises and then stretching was really fun. It was a lot of work and at times I just felt like I didn't have it in me to do the exercises after a long day at work, but through Mike's encouragement, I did the work and I did see the results of feeling better, feeling more confident, feeling calmer, getting more toned and I did lose about 5 pounds during the 5 months I was in training. I would highly recommend Mike as a personal trainer because he really took a personal interest in me and made setting exercise goals and doing some pretty intense physical work outs fun. Peter W.

I have been training with Jasson for about a year. I am very happy with the results. I have shown up to every single workout since I signed up. Before Jasson, I just could not motivate myself and I was not consistent with exercise. After only 2 months, I felt good enough to wear my bikini on a Mexican vacation! Jasson has a very positive approach, is encouraging and kind, but at the same time he is tough and has a no-excuses policy. He makes you work hard and challenges you. He also takes accurate notes of all your workouts, so he knows exactly what your strengths and weaknesses are. If you are serious about getting in shape and looking your best, Jasson is the trainer for you. I cannot imagine going back to working out on my own. I highly recommend him!!
