Mino helped me achieve my fitness goals by helping me with my lower-body strength training that specifically targeted the glutes, calves, and thighs. I am very impressed with my results that took about 6 weeks to show. I gained an inch on glutes and thighs, and ½ inch on calves. He is an excellent personal trainer that can greatly improve your chances of attaining your fitness goals.

Shelby is SUPER motivating!! She has an amazing attitude, always smiling, happy and a ball of positive energy! She is really knowledgeable, understands the muscles/body etc. and so she watches and has techniques to correct form so that you can avoid injury. I just started working out with her 3x's per week and the work outs are always different and in a short time, I can see I'm making an improvement on stamina and endurance. I've just started working with her this year 2017 (at the time of this reading we are 9 days in to the new year) --- I typically hate working out but I actually look forward to going in! I will be updating my review again, with my results once I've worked out a bit longer with her. However, if you want a true professional, that is an inspiring coach and that is really invested in your fitness journey and helping you reach your goals, HIRE SHELBY!!

Ms. Lucille Brasher is my personal trainer since early January, 2016. We meet about three days per week, and my session with her is about one hour long....with a few extra minutes added past the hour for stretching. In this short span of only three months, I can emphatically state I have achieved improved fitness, strength, and flexibility. My first gauge or reference point, besides feeling much better, is my performance on the golf course. Club head speed has improved, and my driving distance off the tees has improved by an avg of 30 to 35 yards. Not bad for a guy like me in my mid-60s age group. Also, my iron shots are improved enough so that I now hit the ball with one less iron number for the distance I need. (E.g., I use a six now, instead of a five to hit 155 to 160 yards). Her quality and professionalism as a trainer and coach is exceptional. She guides me and coaches me to ensure I employ proper technique and pace while I do the routine or exercise. There are no short cuts allowed....and most important, she has slowly but surely ramped up my performance as I improve in my fitness. In other words, she started me slow and easy in the first week, then had me on a program to improve with weights and strength with each passing week. I appreciate the fact she is very careful to ensure I do not hurt or overly strain myself as I perform a routine or exercise. She is encouraging and compliments me as I do a little better than what I did in the previous session. I am confident I can achieve further self improvement as I work with her over the next few months. This experience to achieve improved personal fitness has been the best thing I have done for myself in the last ten years. (BTW, I thank my son Michael who gave me this Christmas gift of a block of sessions which got me started in January.)

My name is Samantha and I will attend Cornish College of the Arts in Seattle, WA as a dance major. This was my first experience with a personal trainer and it was an outstanding program. My goal was to have an intense total body workout with a focus on core strength, agility and overall athleticism. I feel that I have met all of my goals and more. Through my training process I lost about 12lbs and lowered my heart rate from 72bpm to 66bpm over just two months! Lucille conveys a very positive attitude with lots of encouragement. Words dont do justice sometimes to describe a person. If you are serious about your training and reaching goals and looking for someone to help your way. Don't look anywhere else. Albuquerque is blessed to have Coach Lucille. I am so glad, I met her. I had so much fun with pain( good pain though) in my training and run with coach. I would recommend 200% anyone looking for a personal trainer.

I have worked with Mr. Chavez in firearms training, self defense training, and personal training. He is very knowledgeable in all three. My firearms handling and safety improved dramatically after just the first session. He not only gives you professional instruction while taking the course but he also gives you tips and drills that you can work when you have free time. With his self defense class I feel confident that I can handle any situation I encounter. Finally the personal training in where I have noticed my biggest improvement. With the help of his one on one instruction I am down to 8.9% body fat. Overall his is a great instructor and he tailors each class to each student.

AT Chavez has the experience and expertise that very few personal protection and firearms trainers have. We took his concealed carry course and it was excellent. He started with safety and kept this thread all the way through the program. He taught offensive and defensive tactics and reactions required. I highly recommend this course to anyone that wants to learn to use a weapon appropriately and not just get a permit to hurt themselves or others.

I started training with Mr. Bob May in August at about 475 lbs. at the time of this review I way ~375!!! He has been an amazing trainer when I first started to see him I could barely walk around the block now he has me running wind sprints and stairs on a regular basis. Not only is he an amazing trainer in the gym he is also very good at helping and laying out nutritional advice and meals. Bob is also able to design workouts for any level of athletic ability when we started they were very mild and not very straining now they are more taxing and pointed at the areas in which I need help. Bob has also helped me to gain a lot of my mobility back through exercise and movement I have a much wider range of motion and ability then I have had since I was in wresteling in high school. So wether you are a beginner or just getting back in to it or a 6 day a week trainer Bob is the man to see for fitness.

The training experience I've known for 2 + years is outstanding. Jaime Montano works with his clients' goals while being supportive with diet plans and encouragement. Working on core strength I've made awesome progress with overall strength, noticeable weight/body fat losses, balance, and endurance. He's coached me to desire more success and get it done.
