Personal training with the Dan is by far the best choice I've ever made. During a consultation he answered every question I had, I literally had almost a hundred questions, including comparisons to other gyms, how can he help me, and my worries about supplements and wanting to do everything natural. He encourages healthy eating and definitely shows you how, he also practices what he preaches and will show you his meals if you don't believe him! He makes sure you stay on track and is in contact with you everyday if needed just to help you reach your goal. During oue fitness session he never leaves my side, points out out what im doing wrong and will help me get back to right position, always praisung you when im doing good, he also will do the workout with me! I never get the feel of abandonent or confusion with him and toally feel like i get my moneys worth!! Its been very hard my first week but I can totally SEE and FEEL results already and totally committed to having a long term personal training relationship with Dan, because fitness should be a lifetime pursuit :)!!

I was contacted by other trainers as well, Hugo Chico knew exactly what I was looking for in a training program and in a personal trainer. We met that week and talked about my what my goals were and how we would get there. By the following week we were on a training regiment that would help me hit my goals. He is a very thorough trainer and very knowledgeable on both training and dietary needs. I would HIGHLY recommend Hugo Chico if you are serious about getting healthy and getting in shape.*
Sam is very motivating and very patient. He understands that everyone is different and learns at a different pace. I payed for 10 sessions and am extremely pleased. I will be paying for 10 more. He is also very prompt and answers any questions you have. I highly recommend Sam to anyone who needs some direction in fitness and nutrition.
Kevin is great. He has a passion for personal training and health. Cares deeply about his clients, and is dedicated to improving their fitness routines. He knows the right balance between encouragement and tough love. He knows exactly how hard to push, without pushing too far during a training session. Even thru any injuries he makes sure to constantly ask if your ok so that's a plus to know that he worries about your body. kevin is also flexible in scheduling workouts. He will accommodate to your schedule and will find the time to train you. Constantly varies the exercises for each session I never know what to expect, except that I'm going to work hard and feel lasting results. I was out of shape. I couldn't run a mile or walk up a flight of stairs without getting winded. I avoided the gym like the black plague. It was the last thing I wanted to do with my free time. Now I actually enjoy working out! I am a little stronger, little fitter, and have more energy. I can honestly say that ever since we began I feel better inside and confident. I still have a long way to go and thats fine because at the end of the day he makes sure that we are makinh progress to the goal that i gave him...It's all thanks to Kevin and his kick ass workouts.
Laura has been training me for the past four and half years and I can only say wonderful positive things about her and her training! She listens to your specific needs and goals and designs a workout plan specifically tailored to YOUR goals. Not only does she tailor her training to each individual client, she is always up to speed on anything and everything fitness related. I had a wonderful experience with Elsa. Never did the same thing twice and she continuously pushed me throughout my training, even when I wanted to quit. Very personable and really effective with understanding your goals and tailoring workouts for your individual plan. Noticeable results within in a few weeks. Highly recommend her.
Mike Arrowood at Arrowood Strength Training is not your average personal trainer! He is the complete package: Education (degrees and many certifications), work-related experiences (world class athlete, EMT, clinical exercise specialist for a physical therapy practice), professional in operating his business and most of all wants all of his clients to see results and obtain their goals. Personally he has helped me reach my fitness and weight-loss goals and helped me overcome setbacks I experienced through his knowledge of the human anatomy, physiology and bio-mechanics; training protocols and nutrition. Mike made certain I didn't feel like "just a client" but was a part of my program. He did this through his personal interactions of asking questions, listening to the responses regarding my goals, progress , "how I am feeling" and making observations during my training sessions. He also explained the program he developed and the mechanics of the program and the exercises to ensure I understood how we were going to achieve success. The bottom line he knows what he's doing! He's good at what he does! and he makes it fun too!
I do not think it could have been better. Frances Woodley is an amazing coach. I have faith knowing I can always reach her for advice on meeting my goal and she responds quickly. She is motivating and knows what she is doing! So to add some humour (which she also has) to this if you feel you have an ever expanding a-- like I have felt at times she will definitely get you on track! She is very knowledgeable about the different programs through Beachbody and tips/tricks for Shakeology. I never had a fitness coach before, but I highly recommend her and do not wish to have another! Thank you Frances!

John has been my personal trainer (my very first one) for almost three years and I'm very happy with the results. I have lost weight and gained muscle. My body is toned and in much better shape than it used to be. John is always friendly, positive, encouraging as well as very knowledgeable. I always enjoyed the training and will continue my training with him.
