I would highly recommend Justin for your fitness needs, he is well worth the money. I have recently gained a lot of weight and found that I couldn't lose the weight alone, so I searched best personal trainers in Albuquerque and came across Justin's profile on Thumbtack. Being female, I was a little reluctant to go with a male trainer,but Justin is very knowledgeable in all areas of nutrition and fitness regardless of your fitness level. Justin has been very patient with me, as I struggle with my part (the nutrition). Justin keeps me motivated and pushes me to work outside my comfort zone. I have already gained lots of muscle and am ready to commit to this lifestyle change. If you are looking for results, look no further, Justin is the only choice.
Mino is a great personal trainer. He worked with me to develop a training program that took into account some surgical recovery issues I had and allowed me to successfully build strength and feel healthy and fit. I highly recommend Mino!
Words dont do justice sometimes to describe a person. If you are serious about your training and reaching goals and looking for someone to help your way. Don't look anywhere else. Albuquerque is blessed to have Coach Lucille. I am so glad, I met her. I had so much fun with pain( good pain though) in my training and run with coach. I've had many personal trainers over the years. Adelaide is by far the very best! Her knowledge, skills and caring are the best I have experienced. She can vary the training session to adapt to any limitations I may have on any given workout day. I've had amazing results, too! Now wearing size 8 instead of a 12 and I look forward to our training sessions each week. She makes them challenging, never boring and always has a good disposition. I appreciate the fact that she is focused on me...my technique, my ability to do what she is asking of me or any pain I might be experiencing.
