Friendly, professional atmosphere. Terry was very thorough with explaining exactly what is needed to achieve my weight loss goals. He covered nutrition, cardio, and weights. First workout was tough but he encourages you every step of the way. When you struggle he helps you through it with encouragement and not defeat. I would highly recommend Terry as your personal trainer. He knows his information and uses it wisely.
Though I wasnt completely a couch potatoe my physical abilities are limited.Everyday I am growing physically stronger. I love the small groups. It's the next best thing to one on one personal training. A great location and the classes are at good times of the day.
Andy is awesome, so happy he responded to my request for a personal trainer. He comes to my house, well prepared, routine organized and also very reasonable as far as pricing. I know after a few months of working with him (a day or two a week) I have noticed a definite difference in my physical appearance. I was approximately 10lbs over weight and looking to firm up. I would highly recommend. He is also very knowledgeable about your diet. What to eat and not to eat. Very helpful. Great Job Andy.
We have been working out with the Team at Hardcore Fitness for the past 6 months and we couldn't be Happier, collectively my husband and I have lost over 35 lbs combined and we have seen drastic changes in our overall toning and muscle gains. We have recently had the chance to work with some of the other trainers in addition to Chris and felt it was important to take the time and give an update on them as well. Recently we have had several sessions with Kody who is knowledgeable in all aspect of training from form, to muscle building and toning, proper nutrition, and working through the plateau effect that so many of us feel as we progress and push to see that next level of results. Kody has been instrumental in pushing us to our full potential while taking into considerations our weaknesses and strengths and using those to further our growth both physically and mentally. We look forward to working more with Kody and the rest of the Staff at Hardcore fitness where we have found so much more than personal trainers who excel at their jobs, we found a collect unit of people who we value as friends and true professionals.
This is my first time working with a personal trainer and I couldn't be happier with my experience, and Rachel is to thank for that! She always has a smile on her face, and she always has a new workout ready to go to keep every session fun and challenging. Something that is important to me, as someone with a couple health concerns, Rachel always makes sure my form is correct and/or makes adjustments that are more suitable yet still effective. It's been four weeks, and I'm already seeing results. I highly recommend Rachel as a personal trainer, she's the real deal !!

Boot camp and personal training with Akeem is awesome! He's so positive and always thinking of new exercises. Also, Akeem is great about modifying workouts individually so everyone gets their best workout. I was surprised with the results I saw because I had done other boot camp classes elsewhere before. I always left class excited for the next one. I'm looking forward to more classes in the future!

He has a deep understanding of anatomy and the connection between mind/body. He is unassuming, client-focused, and results driven. I cannot say enough good things about his skill and his approach.
