I have two toddlers, so news of a cracked boiler is stressful to say the least. Endri responded within minutes and then assisted in finding a warehouse with my replacement boiler (shout out to AO Smith boilers for making the warranty process painless). I sent him a video of the setup and he provided a quote well below competitors. The team quickly came to remove the old boiler, pick up the new boiler from the warehouse and install it. I had a hot shower that same evening.

I can't say enough good things about John. My boiler had an issue right before Thanksgiving while I was out of town. John took the time to talk through pictures and videos I sent him so he could diagnose the problem remotely and let me know if it could wait to repair. When the issue escalated he came to fix the boiler on the Sunday of a holiday weekend, taking the time to explain everything. After fixing the boiler, as a bonus he also walked me through how to clean my ductless a/c's and keep them in good working order. He was funny, helpful, responsive, and reliable - I'll definitely be calling him again if I have an issue!

I got Mike's contact through thumbtack in regards to my hotwater/heating boiler for my apartment. He gave me a great price, as well as told me that if he cannot fix it he will not charge me anything after evaluating what could be wrong with my boiler. Mike is Professional, knows a lot about the trade and most importantly takes pride in his work. It was a pleasure having him fix the problem I had. He fixed the original issue, as well as my thermostat which was not originally listed by me in my search for a contractor. By seeing him work and fix the issue, I already told him that if I have any problems with the boiler in the future I would call him, as well as I would be using him for yearly maintenance on the boiler.
