After trying crossfit, UFC, fitclub, team sports, and a few personal trainers, I decided to expand my search and am very happy I did. I found Jaisen and he's been a pleasure to work with so far. From the start, he helped me develop concrete and measurable goals (one of them being get back to soccer in the spring). With other trainers, the idea was just to "get in shape," which could mean anything to anyone. The service Jaisen provides is very personal, from scheduling to working out the right parts of the body in the most effective ways. He goes at the pace that is best for you, but pushes you and is all around good company. I was also looking for a trainer that I could get along with and feel comfortable with, at my not so comfortable weight. He's all around motivating, understanding, hard working and professional. The price is great as well. I would highly recommend him to my friends and family.

Before I hired Jaisen I gave one other personal trainer the opportunity to work with myself and potentially my coworkers. My conclusion is that all personal trainers are definitely not created equal! Jaisen's training style is highly adaptive to your environment, current fitness level and existing limitations. You can clearly see he puts a great deal of thought into his sessions. He's sharp, quick on his feet, and able to roll with the limitations a session with a client may produce. Like so many of his clients who've already left spectatcular reviews, I'll just keep it simple and say he kicks a##!, and that I'm very impressed with the guy!

I've been working with Dewayne for 5 consecutive years. When I first began training with Dewayne I was at my highest weight, 250 pounds. Previous to working with Dewayne, I trained with 3 different personal trainers. I did not obtain the results that I desired working with those trainers. However, as of today, I am delighted to say that because of Dewayne effective training skills my weight is down to 152 pounds. I am no longer taking Insulin for my diabetes. In 2012, for the first time my cholesterol was below 200. I am very pleased with my results and I HIGHLY recommend Dewayne Barrett

Dwayne is an excellent trainer. He's very professional and makes you feel comfortable working with him. His workouts can be intense but if you want results then that's what you need.The training sessions vary so you're not working the same body part all the time and you're not bored. Joey Rehavi the owner of http://nycbootcamp.net Is an incredible personal trainer. When I first went to him he designed a work out program that fit my needs and my physical capabilities at that time. We worked together weekly and my strengthen improved immediately. He also advised me on diet and corrected the way I lifted weights. Words fall short to describe my journey with Greg, The Personal Fitness Coach, he takes time to understand ones own challenges and helps to get changes in day to day routine without feeling forced, he also has an immense understanding about how much can ones body take and slowly builds the strength with introduction of various excrsise to build up strength, I right now in my 3rd week have already lost about 5 ibs of weight without going through boring and strenuous workouts and starving crash diets, it's fun to be with Greg, every morning I get up and feel like exercising, and that's the biggest change Greg brought in, the desire, and then with the muscle strenghth slowly built up the desire has converted into action, I highly recommend Greg for any one, any age as the personal trainer.😇😇

Peter, my personal trainer, is a stand up person with a great personality. He is very flexible with scheduling. He is also educated in dealing with clients with injury and medical issues. Besides his experience as a trainer, Peter has a background education in the health sciences and has worked as a PHysical Therapy assistant. Peter helped me get out of my cancer treatment slump and trained me with an injured shoulder. Over four months I lost 14 pounds and gained back the energy and strength I lost during chemo and radiation therapy. I am back in shape again and have Peter to thank for this. I come to his home to train where he has a very well equipt gym but he will also come to you to train you. He travels from eastern Long Island to queens. I am very pleased with my results so far and I really like Peter as a person. GO FOR IT!!!

I highly recommend Cedric for anyone that wants to get more for less! I've worked with a handful of personal trainers at different gyms but nothing was like having my trainer, Cedric, bring the gym right into my living room at 5:30am! His company, Get Bodied Services, was truly a blessing in my life! Because of my work schedule, it had been challenging to keep up with going to the gym and my hard-earned money was going to waste on my gym membership. After giving Cedric a try for 2-3 sessions a week, not only did it cost less than ONE session at my old gym, but I lost over 20lbs and several inches from my waist/thighs in three months!! Can you say GREAT VALUE? The guidance Cedric provided has motivated me to continue working out on my own with a much better understanding of how to get what I want out each workout! My name is Nancy & I hired Kathy as my trainer, she is absolutely the best & most knowledgeable trainer in the business, she is very patient & she is very attentive to everything you do to see if you are doing the exercise correctly. Carlos is the secret, the real deal. At first I was hesitant about paying for a trainer. I thought I knew it all about exercise being fairly athletic. I also thought that only celebrities had personal trainers and paid dearly for them…until I met Carlos. I didn’t just get a fitness trainer I have an accessible counselor that guides me in exercise, nutrition, and everyday conditioning. When I travel he sends me exercise regimes for the hotel gym and constantly advises me on dieting and working out. As far as results: I’ve lost 52 lbs. and have great energy. Carlos is the real deal. Excellent personal trainer. Has a very strong knowledge of human body structure (as a medic, I can see that). Knows many ways to approach each muscle group, so the routines change frequently and you don't get locked in doing the same exercise over and over. Seems that he knows very well where the person's limitations are, and will guide you to a point when you really work up to your limit, but without going overboard. Also, gives very effective "homework assignments" to practice on your own, in between sessions. After working for the last 2 months, my upper body strength has improved drastically, as evidenced by the number of reps I can do now, with a higher weight then in the beginning. I am looking forward to the future results.

Serge has been training me following the birth of my son, and my body has bounced back in HUGE part to him. I have done many workouts in NYC and worked with many trainers-- these past experiences can be good initially but frequently lead to stale workouts and a plateau of results. Serge always keeps if fun, new, fresh, and my body is always changing. I have seen great physical results, but also improvements in my overall athleticism, endurance, and strength which is essential when caring for an infant. He gives great pointers on nutrition, hydration, and overall ways of caring for your health and physical well-being. Kevin is truly a ' best in world' trainer. I can't say enough about Kevin but please read this and hopefully you'll have a better idea of how he has changed my life on a very personal level. I have severe health issues and take lots of medicine. My doctors told me i need to work out with someone who can handle the complexities of my case to build bone density and I was lucky enough to find Kevin. He is like a personal trainer, chiro, physical therapist and friend all wrapped up on one. Gil is excellent and although willing to adapt the workout to what you want, it is always an intense workout, which I love. I didn't like the previous gym he was at but stayed only because of his personal training. I just joined the new gym that he works at and am glad he changed because he picked a gym that I really. But I joined mainly to be able to continue training with Gil. He recently introduced his partner Trini to the programme and she is also a very versatile trainer who knows her stuff and gives intense workouts. I highly recommend both of them and together they are a powerhouse team. I also appreciate that they both go beyond the exercise classes to take a personal interest in nutrition and give advise.
