Working with Katia was an a great experience. I haven't worked with a personal trainer in over a decade and even back then it was short-lived. Katia was knowledgeable, and amicable with a great disposition. She asks you all the right questions and takes the time to get to know you as a person and also allows you to get to know her. Most importantly she carefully measures your abilities as you first get started so she can really work out a plan that best suits you. That said, she works you hard but she works you smart. Highly recommend!
Though I wasnt completely a couch potatoe my physical abilities are limited.Everyday I am growing physically stronger. I love the small groups. It's the next best thing to one on one personal training. A great location and the classes are at good times of the day.
We have been working out with the Team at Hardcore Fitness for the past 6 months and we couldn't be Happier, collectively my husband and I have lost over 35 lbs combined and we have seen drastic changes in our overall toning and muscle gains. We have recently had the chance to work with some of the other trainers in addition to Chris and felt it was important to take the time and give an update on them as well. Recently we have had several sessions with Kody who is knowledgeable in all aspect of training from form, to muscle building and toning, proper nutrition, and working through the plateau effect that so many of us feel as we progress and push to see that next level of results. Kody has been instrumental in pushing us to our full potential while taking into considerations our weaknesses and strengths and using those to further our growth both physically and mentally. We look forward to working more with Kody and the rest of the Staff at Hardcore fitness where we have found so much more than personal trainers who excel at their jobs, we found a collect unit of people who we value as friends and true professionals.
Such a great trainer. First time using a personal trainer and I felt like I could trust her right of the back. She's in tune with what you want to get done. Seems to know a lot and has helped me fix numerous muscular issues I was having. Always accomadating when she could be and will modify activities that you can't fully do. Great trainer, cheap, and worth every penny. The gym you work out of is clean and friendly. Also offers group classes. Fun place
Lisa is a terrific trainer! She understands what my goals are, and I am confident that she will help me to get to my ideal weight. Her workouts are fun, creative and most importantly challenging!

Training with Edward is one of the best things I have done for myself for the past 4 years. I have had gym memberships, but always found a reason NOT to go. Not the case at Strength for Life!!! I look forward to the workout, knowing that I am being closely supervised, guided, encouraged to do the best I can. Proper use of equipment is so important, along with breathing, and lots and lots of water!!! At age 79, I realize that aging is a precious gift and it is up to me to keep my body healthy and strong with the help of Strength for Life. Thank you, Edward!
Matt is a remarkable person, he is inspirational and filled with so much positivity. Working with him has helped me in so many ways. I lacked motivation as well as putting myself first which caused unhappiness in my life. He has taught me to identify the problem and how to overcome it. He has been such a positive influence and is so dedicated to his work , his videos have been extremely helpful in always providing daily motivation.
Erin is a positive encouraging trainer that motivates you to push to your limits. It makes you want to continue to take her classes. Oh although its fun and all, she also got good eyes and will catch you if you are slacking! No nonsense there. You will be very fortunate if you get to work with her.
Cortney is very professional and friendly! I was hesitant about signing up for a nutrionist, but I am glad I did. I look forward to working with her in the future. She signed me up to receive certain food to help me reach my goals and also offered to be my trainer. I was impressed by how dedicated she was to me. She stayed on the phone with me to make sure I understood everything and answered all of my questions while staying very positive and friendly.

I found Sean via word-of-mouth rather than this site, but was more than happy to provide him a recommendation as a health coach once asked. We've been working together for about two weeks now, focusing on improving my overall health thru a combination of dietary changes (still working on the paleo thing) and a exercise program with moderate weight lifting a few times a week. Overall I am extremely happy with his services, which include regular meetings in person or via phone, twice weekly email check in, and diet and exercise plans tailored to my needs. I've already started seeing improvement in terms of weight and energy level.

Tim Johnson is an excellent trainer! I started training with him one month ago and have already lost 7 pounds and 4 inches. His exercises are made to target every part of the body with very noticeable results. Workout sessions are powerful, but without the physical torture one imagines is needed to achieve a fit/toned body. Not only is Tim an excellent personal trainer, but a very kind and respectful person. He is flexible with hours, which is great if you have a busy lifestyle, and is willing to come to you for sessions. My trainer is great. I have some medical issues and he is always conscious of my limitations. It's a new routine every time which I love. I recommend Hector Diaz.
I've been working with Brenda for 6 months and simply put, she gets me to want to come back. That should say it all. Brenda is the right amount of encouragement while pushing your limits, the perfect personality and knowledge. I especially appreciate that she teaches me the correct way to live, both physically and nutritionally. She listened to my goals and has created a program to reach them. Results have been dramatic in a short period of time. In short - I feel better and can do more. Awesome experience, I'm going back for more!
