I told Greg what I wanted to get out of this and he helped me achieve that. He pushed me to dig down deep and strive to complete my training. Over 3 months I transformed my mentality as well as my body. Almost everyday was different which I enjoyed because it forced me to really focus on my coordination. The workouts he has you do definitely challenge your endurance and strength. Multiple times I had to take naps before heading to work. But he takes into account your level of fitness when he first starts working with you. I highly recommend Greg for whatever level of workout your looking for. He keeps you motivated and intrigued with the workouts.

I'm very satisfied with Design Fitness - professional, flexible and effective. The training service is for my mother who has diabetes among other health conditions. Design Fitness comes to her house and been a huge reason for her coming back to health. Dee is wonderful to adjust to moms needs and speed, yet still pushing her to do amazing progress. I have been working with Daryl for about a month now. I hired him to help me loose weight and tone so I wont end up with sagging skin or a flat butt. He comes to me three times a week for mostly strength training and has instructed me to do cardio on three other days when I am not scheduled to see him. I am very pleased with the relationship we are building because I was a little nervous at first finding someone I would feel comfortable with. Daryl is very friendly yet gentlemanly and I never feel awkward around him. He has a good sense of humor which helps when your as uncoordinated and unbalanced like I am. I originally hired him to give me motivation to get me focused but now Hes so much more. I can do pushups!!! A month ago, when he did my evaluation, I couldn't even finish 3. Now, I can do 5 sets of 10 with about a 2 minute break in between each set. It may not sound like much but for me this is huge. I've never had upper body strength in my life and have been very out of shape and inactive for years. Daryl pushes me and keeps me focused but not in an overbearing kind of way. I would recommend him to others and am planning on putting my 9 year old in his boxing classes. I feel very happy and accomplished because of him and I'm very excited to see what the future holds for my body. Other things that are probably important to note is he is very reliable and usually flexible if you have an emergency. He works with me for everything. He is patient but doesn't let you slouch. Lol. And he has given me diet instructions to help along. I really can not tell you how much of me has changed in just a month. I dont really have any concerns at this point. I've worked with a handful of personal trainers at different gyms but nothing was like having my trainer, Cedric, bring the gym right into my living room at 5:30am! His company, Get Bodied Services, was truly a blessing in my life! Because of my work schedule, it had been challenging to keep up with going to the gym and my hard-earned money was going to waste on my gym membership. Signing up with NBI Fitness is probably one of the best things I could've ever done for myself. Trinnie and Gilbert are great and are currently helping me reach my dream health/body goals. The trainers truly care about their clients and are always pushing me to make sure I am doing all that is necessary to lose weight, tone up and build a healthy life style for myself. They also tell you what you should and should not be eating according to your fitness goal. Most importantly, I work and go to school full time therefore, it is difficult to work out with such a hectic schedule, BUT they literally make sure to work with whatever times works best for me even if its going out of their way. Training at NBI fitness with Gilbert has been a remarkable experience. He listens to your goal settings & customizes a specific workout criteria based on your goals, abilities and timing. Henry is a great fitness instructor. He pushes you to do the exercise routines the *right* way and the exercise routines are very effective. Whether it is cardiovascular exercise or strength-training with free weights, he knows exactly what parts of the body to target. He also has some excellent nutritional advice to give; all you have to do is ask him. Like anything else, you have to bring a "reason why" to every session. His routines, with proper diet, will get you in shape and you will definitely feel the difference in your future cardiovascular activities. See him first!

Will is a phenomenal trainer and I can't say enough good things. I'm a few months in now and the whole experience has been great. At the beginning we set forth no-nonsense goals and expectations. Then he set up sessions and the workouts are no joke. He keeps you motivated and won't let you slack off. The diet advice and communication with him between workouts keep you honest. I have a very busy schedule and he's always flexible and reliable. The results in health, fitness, and weight loss are noticeable quickly. Would highly recommend him to anyone looking to get into better shape, but needs some guidance and motivation in moving forward.
