I cant say enough positive things about Judy! I trained with her for many months before my wedding and could not have asked for a sweeter, knowledgable, encouraging and patient trainer. She met me at my fitness level, and knew how to build more challenging workouts through the course of our time together. I was very happy with the results of our twice weekly sessions and felt stronger, trimmer and more confident for my wedding. Just the greatest!
Maria-Stefania is one of the best Yoga instructors I have ever encountered in my years practicing. I dont usually write reviews for people, but she honestly deserves it. She knows how to correct your alignment when youre doing a pose incorrectly, always has a smile on her face and I learned so much in the classes she has taught. Stephanie is a fantastic yoga teacher! Her dedication to the practice and to her students shines brightly. Her compassion and patience are what I value most but her technical knowledge is also very impressive.
I have been practicing with Dina for a couple of years. She has a wonderful personality and is genuinely concerned with her students well being. She is a great teacher with lots of patience and makes you feel at ease. Dina is sweet and encouraging while making class fun but challenging. Never any judgements. She is always accommodating and I really appreciate her flexibility with my schedule. I highly recommend Dina's Yoga and Pilates Instruction!!

Ellie was one of the first yoga teachers I ever had. While being a student of Ellie's, I went from a true yoga novice to someone who learned to feel more comfortable in her body. Ellie's classes always left me feeling rejuvenated, confident, and serene. I would often enter class with a racing mind and tired body. By the time class was over, I observed a noticeable difference in my emotional and physical well-being. The yoga and meditation techniques I learned from Ellie have become part of my daily life. In addition to being an outstanding yoga teacher, Ellie is also a compassionate human being who cares about each of her students as individuals. I have worked with Anne for several years and she is an exceptional yoga teacher! I am a physical therapist and I am very impressed with Anne's knowledge of anatomy. She has a great eye for movement and will individualize the practice for each participant in the class to do what's best for them and their body. As a PT individualized attention is so important to perform the activity or posture correctly and to avoid injury and Anne is an expert at that. I have sent many of my clients to her for one on one yoga sessions with great feedback and great results in their rehab.
I've taken several yoga classes with Kyle and what I love most about her teaching style is her versatility and language. Her classes cater to newbies and the more experienced alike. Her language is grounded and I always know exactly where my body needs to move next. Her instruction is guiding, not preachy or commanding, resulting in a group experience where each individual is free to immerse in a personal reflection. Kyle's classes are great for any and all yogis!
This was my first time experiencing yoga. Robbin's patient demeanor, and clear instructions helped me get through what I would consider to be the most difficult form of exercise I've ever done.
Sarah is amazing! I've had many Yoga Instructors since hurting my back and she is the best I've worked with. She goes above and beyond for me and I really appreciate it. She knows a lot about yoga and strength training and is always willing to go into details on how and why we are doing a particular exercise. She's also a PT Aide among being a Yoga Instructor and I think the combo of the two works a lot in her and my favor. My body has never felt so good and I've never felt so healthy!!

She’s punctual, very patient and have compiled a list of a routine for me to follow which is very important for consistency. I have known Phil for over two years. We did yoga training together, and I have also taken many of his classes. He is a very patient, attentive and encouraging teacher, and I know he is very popular with his students. He is particularly skilled at modifying and personalizing his one-on-one classes, and I would recommend him to anyone who is experiencing an injury, or who has specific needs.
Honestly I was never the “yoga type” but I heard great things about it and decided to give it a try. I came across Malory, who by the way is just awesome, and she taught me sooo much! I now love the practice and have learned that my body can do things I would have never imagined! Malory was very patient with me! She was also extremely knowledable and motivating! I would highly recommend her for anyone looking to either learn or continue practicing!!
