He motivates, tolerates my constant complaining, is accommodating in terms of location, and of 3 other personal trainers I've had in my lifetime, I finally did proper push-ups with the correct form. He smartly combines cardio with strength and working multiple muscle groups with different exercises and has had a different routine every session. I'll be ready for Key West in two weeks time and keep it going up to my wedding in December. If he'll have me, I'll be using him again after these sessions. Will post before and after pictures.
