I worked with Kim on consulting projects for the Northeast Ohio Regional Sewer District (NEORSD) during the period of 2009- 2012. Kim was the Manager of Community Relations, and served as the point person for projects involving survey research designed to gauge customer perceptions about the NEORSD. Kim did an excellent job at managing complicated projects. She kept us up to date regarding deadlines and expectations, and connected us with a variety of staff at the NEORSD as needed. Through these projects, Kim demonstrated clear, concise writing. She provided excellent feedback about draft reports for each of the surveys (there were four during this period, with the last being a larger survey project that included four surveys and eight focus groups). Her abilities as an editor and project manager were evident in the positive response of the NEORSD executive leadership and board to the final reports for these projects. I highly recommend Kim for her quality work in the areas of writing, editing, and project management.
