I've been working with Brian for roughly two months and everything has been wonderful! Brian takes the time to make a plan specific to an individuals goals. He looks at all aspects of health and fitness including the physical working out and also the nutritional aspect. I have loved working with him and I have seen great results. I would recommend for anyone of all ages and athletic experience
Mr. Eric Sean helped me create a meal plan to assist me with losing up to 50 pounds. He also creates exercise sessions that are different and unpredictable therefore I am not bored with my training sessions. He is very encouraging and positive. I appreciate his words of motivation, calm mannerism and challenges. I believe he internally gets a feel of what you are capable of doing and pushes you to that level. He also assesses how you physically feel the day or so after your session,to make changes to your routine if necessary. Its a great pleasure to recommend John Drumm. I have been working out with him for almost a year now. With Johns assistance, I set realistic goals about physical training right from the beginning. Being a medical doctor by profession and a man of integrity, I knew that I had to be in decent shape to set an example for my patients before I could recommend that they stay physically fit. When I met John I told him that my goal was to look healthy and lean. I needed to be able to do a quick and effective workout, as I knew I could not spend hours in the gym. Although I have had to miss various sessions because of my rigorous work schedule, I have made sure to work out a minimum of once a week with John. I've had an amazing experience with Heidi at Live Fit! She takes the time to listen to your personal fitness goals (in and out of the gym) and create a routine that allows you to be most successful. He was on time; very easy to talk to; had “done his homework” regarding what physical issues I have; gave me a great workout geared around my limitations; and pushed me to succeed in the workout. He was very professional and knowledgeable. I vetted him today because I have a serious procedure coming up and will need assistance getting back on my feet. I have been training with Jacob for 6 months. I have lost over 10% body fat and almost 20 lbs overall. When we started I was very intimidated by fitness, because there is just so much information out there. Jacob has done a great job not only showing me what to do to reach my goals, but holding me accountable to my goals. I have wanted to give up on myself many times even in the last 6 months, but he reaffirms me and helps to keep me motivated even during the hardest times. I came to Ken's Total Fitness and was not disappointed. I have lost weight and toned up tremendously and he showed me a range of exercises that vastly helped. Every workout kicked my butt, kept me on my toes and did different exercise every time, session with him never gets boring. More importantly, I was able to take the lessons I learned from Ken and carry them into my own training. At about $55/session, if you are serious, the money will be well spent.
Scott Garan , Is an extremely talented man. And knows the fitness business, hands down. But what makes him unique. Is that he cares about the client as a person/individual. He doesn't just give or do the bare minimal and receive payment. He goes many steps beyond to insure that you are pursuing, and will receive exactly what it is that you came to him for. Another added bonus Mr Garan installs is diet, what you eat. Etc... To sum it up.......Garan Fitness brings ...Integrity, loyalty, and Honor To the fitness world. I had the privilege of working with Alvin Williams for three months. I came to him with a goal and he came up with a plan. Throughout the course of three months, I was able to reach my goal because of the encouragement gave me and the educational fitness techniques he suggested. Every session, he had a detailed fitness plan for me to complete and also provided me with educational materials regarding healthy eating and healthy living. I've been training with Kyle for 5 months and I really enjoy working with him. He's professional, reliable and always on time. I was intimidated by having a personal trainer for a long time, but Trish is a real person and so easy to talk to. She really works with me to achieve my particular goals and bases at home workouts and meal plans on them! I have never not left a workout feeling like I did my best because of her, and most important, sore and feeling stronger for it! The results are visibly within weeks. I've gained muscle and became leaner. She's so easygoing it feels like working out with a friend! Would highly recommend if you've been considering personal training but aren't sure yet. You will not be disappointed!
