I have been working out with Jordan for almost a year now. He is extremely passionate, knowledgeable and dedicated to being a personal trainer. When i first started i was fat, weak and very out of shape. Jordan as helped me to embrace a healthy diet and a consistent work out schedule. I am now stronger than ever, wearing smaller clothes and lifting weight amounts i would of never dreamed of. My journey hasnt been with out it's struggles. In the beginning i would get frustrated with how weak i was and that the weight didnt just fall off. Through differnt eating styles and work outs Jordan helped me to trust the process. When I first met Chelsea I was just starting to get back into the gym after about a 10 year hiatus. I had put on weight and didn't know my way around a weight room anymore. I really needed some guidance and someone who could bring me up to speed on working out and nutrition because things had really progressed and I was pretty much doing it all wrong. I picked Chelsea to be my trainer because she was always so friendly and approachable at the gym. Once we started our sessions I was hooked.
