Devaughn is an amazing trainer! He finds the balance between meeting you at your current fitness level and pushing you to your limit. He doesn't take himself too seriously so I always have fun and a few laughs when we train. I saw instant results when I first started training with him. COVAL Fitness is awesome, plain and simple! Wanting to get back into shape and stay motivated, I was looking for a gym or workout environment that would keep me motivated, and I can definitely say that I found that - and much more - at COVAL fitness. Mike and the rest of the team at the gym helped me build a workout plan that would be tailored exactly to my goals, taking into consideration my schedule, my weak spots, and my needs. The workout environment at COVAL is professional (the trainers work with you, making sure your technique is on point, that you're pushing yourself) but also extremely relaxed, friendly and welcoming. Coming to Coval, my main goal was to improve my body composition. But I can honestly say that I gained much more than that - working out at coval keeps me motivated, helps me improve on my technique and allows me to focus on areas and aspects of strength training I wouldn't really prioritize (or, let's be honest, know how to improve on) in a regular gym setting (such as balance, core work, coordination, lower body strength, appropriate stretching and correct warm-up techniques). As I said in the begining; awsome! Plain and simple!
I had a great experience working with Gus. I’ve been trying to cut body fat and gain lean muscle. We talked about the goals I wanted to achieve and he put me through some intense workouts and set up my macros so I could track what I was eating to make sure I didn’t waste muscle but burned fat. He is very passionate and knowledgeable about weight training. I would highly recommend him to a friend.
Over the past few months, Jake has truly helped me gain control of my life again. I have always had such a bad relationship with food and he helped change that. He is such a knowledgeable trainer and he used his knowledge to tailor a program just for me. We worked together for two weeks trying new things to figure out what worked best for me. I am now healthier than ever and have a better relationship with food. I have also trained at the gym with Jake and have learned to really test my limits. Jake pushed me every day to push my limits a little each day and I have reached new personal records with my weight lifting. Overall AWESOME experience training with him and continue to do so!
I loved working with Wendie! Very inspirational and overall a good personal trainer for beginners like me! She gradually helped me build up my strength and after a month, I could easily do exercises that I couldnt do on day 1. I moved out the area, so unfortunately I couldnt go to her again. But i definitely recommend her!
My wife and I have been working with Kyle for just over a half a year now. With our initial plan on getting health we felt working out would be the way to go. While most personal trainers focus on either your endurance, strength or stability, Kyle focuses on all three and more. From setting up monthly workplans, nutrition guides, or fitness training, it provides a well rounded experience. I approached Mariam when I first started working out years ago and getting into the gym. I had no idea where to start. She helped me develop a solid foundation and even wrote out a workout program for me to follow at the gym on days I didn't train with her. She's offered so much insight into routines that work and healthy eating. With her help, I've been able to lose fat and put on muscle and get into great shape. She's great at creating accountability, is very attentive, and cares deeply about her clients. Highly recommend her.
I needed a trainer that would really work with me. Help me get over having post polio syndrome. Feel better about myself and also lose weight. Shem my trainer is helping me improve my muscle tone sll over but especially in my left leg. Before I started with Marshall Fitness snd my trainer I didn't have allot of stability in my left leg. The more I go and train with Shem the better my left leg and my over muscle tone is getting. I had to take about 1-1/2 to 2 months off and I can't wait to get back snd start training again back at Marshall Fitness with Shem. I have tried allot of fitness places and trainers and I finally found a place that has actually helped more than I thought anyone could ever have. I would highly recommend Marshall Fitness.
Dev was great to work with. I used his online training since we’re not located in the same state. He was easily reachable and maintained communication. Although we couldn’t meet in person he continued to make sure I was getting all of my workouts in and remained incredibly encouraging.
Very reputable trainer. He has a lot of knowledge to be able to help with different types of training and even dieting. Is easy to work with and also has a good personality. Pushes you but not anything to extreme or over board. I highly recommend him.
I loved working with Val! I didn't always feel in the mood to workout but once I got started, I was always glad that I did.
