Tyler comes to the table with custom tailored workout programs, smart-phone apps for creative exercise options (which I swear by), and meal plans; all of which are easy to follow and manageable for those who dont work out (like the 'old me').
Tyler and I have been working together on getting my weight under control and bringing my missing muscle tone back into my figure.
I weighed 301 pounds not long ago. Now, with less than 4 months of basic training and really watching my eating, I have trimmed down to 254.3 pounds.
