Christina Adler is outstanding. She not only understands different skill levels and limitations of clients, but also the kind of workouts each skill level requires. Christina has expertise in isolated and complex body movements and lifts. She understands how to partition and design workouts that flow effectively so clients see maximum gains in an hour or less of training time. Christina specializes in weight loss, strength and conditioning, and high intensity interval training (HIIT) amongst others. Her passion and dedication to her clients (rather than a "job") makes her retain and carry clients with her longer than most personal trainers. Christina practices what she preaches and makes sure to communicate that with her clients. She leads by example has has competed many times in bodybuilding successfully.
Staci is an outstanding personal trainer! She makes you feel very comfortable and is very knowledgeable. Staci created various workout routines, so I was always being challenged in different ways. I have been working out at Summers Fitness for over 6 years. I started out doing 1 on 1s with a personal trainer and then expanded to multiple boot camps each week. Because I am not very good at working out on my own (I get totally bored and dont push myself as much as I should) I really prefer working out under the supervision of Summers instructors. They absolutely know how to push me to where I need to be all the while keeping it fun and engaging all the time, every time. The only thing missing is an oxygen bar!
I am a 58 year old woman and have been exercising for many years, a lot of the times not getting the results I wanted or needed. I started going to Bev for her help. She is an excellant trainer, effective communicator, great one on one support.She gets down to the basics and shows you the correct way to do an exercise and then has you do them with her and by yourself. Help with what to eat and not to eat, without making you feel bad or discouraged. I highly recommend her for a personal trainer, she educates you at the same time as to why we perform an exercise or routine and the benefits of that exercise. Great personality. Stays in touch with me on a regular basis to see how I am doing. I know if I need her she will be there for me.
I am a satellite client of cupio because I live out of state. My programming is emailed to me each week. Once I have received it, my coach contacts me to ask if I have any questions. Usually I don't because each workout is heavily detailed. It makes it super easy. After the week is over I am contacted again to see how it went. If I need to ask a question about something my coach is prompt with an answer. I was nervous at first about being a satellite client but it couldn't be any easier. I am pretty knowledgeable about what I am doing. But even if I wasnt, I don't think anyone would have a problem. I have gained a ton of cardiovascular fitness since I started which I was terrible at. I have gained more mobility and strength overall as well. I have lost ten pounds and still was able to reach personal bests in my front and back squat as well as my deadlift. I love being at cupio and recommend it to everyone regardless of fitness level.

I've been training with Kyle for 5 months and I really enjoy working with him. He's professional, reliable and always on time. Kyle brings equipment with him, and it's more than enough for me to get a great, challenging workout. With his help, I've also learned how to change my poor eating habits and how to eat to get great results. So far, I've lost 30 pounds and three dress sizes! Adam is an excellent trainer. I had been lifting and playing sports all my life and thought I was very knowledgeable. That was until I met Adam he blew me away with the creativity of the workouts. He always was well prepared and truly challenged me each time. He is also a good person and through the process of working out with him we became friends. He is the best trainer I have ever come across. Give him a shot the workouts are challenging but fun, when you leave you know you put in a serious workout.
I was intimidated by having a personal trainer for a long time, but Trish is a real person and so easy to talk to. She really works with me to achieve my particular goals and bases at home workouts and meal plans on them! I have never not left a workout feeling like I did my best because of her, and most important, sore and feeling stronger for it! The results are visibly within weeks. I've gained muscle and became leaner. She's so easygoing it feels like working out with a friend! Would highly recommend if you've been considering personal training but aren't sure yet. You will not be disappointed!
