Latest Review: My kettlebell swing did not seem quite right, so I started sessions with Eric Skinner. Not only did Eric boost my swing weight and form with pinpoint suggestions, he also introduced me to several other important kettlebell moves. Furthermore, we developed a routine of Original Strength moves that has been vital to both my kettlebell training and everyday functional movement. Eric has the knack for translating visuals and spoken feedback into helpful advice for the movement at hand. At the same time, he determines a next step that is at once challenging and accessible. I have had other trainers who seemed more interested in making small talk. Eric is all business, yet brings an ebullience, and a certain sense of humor, that makes sessions stimulating and fun.
