Zach is a seriously awesome trainer. He is super attentive and pays a lot of attention to my physical limits. His training style is versitile so he structured our workouts based on my specific needs and goals. I have definitely noticed improvements. Highly recommend!

My 14 year old son, Jack, trained with Eric Skinner for around 6 months specific to cross country running and distance track in high school. During this time, Jack showed major improvement in form, flexibility, agility, and PR time. I would highly recommend Eric Skinner to anyone looking for specific sports goals or general physical well being. We only stopped training for financial reasons, otherwise my son would have continued training for some time.

Anthony is a fantastic trainer. I've had quite a few trainers over the recent years, but Anthony puts them all to shame with both his level of knowledge and his emphasis on customizing a workout to his client. He doesn't "make it up" as he goes, like some trainers. He meticulously plans each workout and custom tailors it to your personal abilities and limits. The result is an excellent workout, every time. In fact, I saw more results in one month under his training, than I did in several months with other trainers. He also has a passion for nutrition, and could pretty much tell you anything you'd want to know (or more) about diet and nutrition. Highly recommended!
My trainer Adam has been great! He keeps me motivated by the way he varies my workouts. He's respectful and works diligently to help me achieve my personal goals. His prices are also very reasonable.
I have been training with Deana for over a year. She has worked with me not only on my physical activity but my diet. I have lost almost 70 pounds thus far and continue to lose. I have been able to accomplish many new physical activities under Deana's training and guidance that I never thought I would be able to do at the age of 70. Deana is very caring and professional toward her clients and I would recommend her to anyone who is in need of physical training and/or diet planning.
Caitlin is absolutely wonderful to work with! She's down to earth and fun (seriously, I never thought a workout could be fun). She knows how to adjust a workout to the client's level of expertise, or in my case, total lack thereof, but she also knows how to ramp it up and kick my butt in a session when I've been flakey. She's always flexible on place and time. She makes outside workouts more comfortable by either finding a less-populated location (if you have performance anxiety like me), or doing some of the more embarrassing moves with you, so you don't look like a dweeb all by your lonesome. And the part that people really want to know out of a review: Yes, she's affordable to work with and Yes, I can see my abs again! My butt is higher and perkier and my arms don't look like meaty sausages anymore. I would recommend Caitlin to anyone and everyone, especially those who view working out as a chore.

Ashlea trained me and a group of my friends for several months in a 45-60 minute outdoor session three times a week. She is a fantastic trainer who knows how to keep the workouts interesting. Every single workout was different, and she even used the jungle gym in her neighborhood as part of our exercises. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs variety to stay engaged. She is also a super fun person and highly motivating. You will gain a friend as well as a trainer!
Jessica is awesome! She works to strengthen the whole body. She adds difficulty as your strength improves. You may be a little sore the next day, but I have never been so sore that I can't move. Also, I have a bad knee. She has worked with me to strengthen the muscle groups that support both knees. She is always mindful of how that bad knee is functioning on workout days, and adjusts the workout as necessary. Most of the time, my knee actually feels better following the workout. I highly recommend Jessica!
Rob is a rock star! I’ve been working out with him for about 5 yrs during which I’ve had 2 surgeries on my back. Rob has been a life saver helping with my physical therapy & recovery after each surgery (One of which he actually went with me to my follow up appt to discuss rehabilitation with my surgeon). He definitely knows his stuff and is a master at teaching new workout techniques and form. I would (and have) highly recommend Rob to anyone looking or needing a personal trainer. My wife and I have trained with Gary for a couple of years now. Gary is a great trainer that really gets to know you on a personal level and gears your workout accordingly. I like to lift weights and my wife prefers cardio and Gary was able to accommodate both of our needs. The best part is that Gary comes to our house and that is very hard to find these days. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Gary and Achieve Fitness for in home personal training.
Traci was excellent! She came to my house early in the morning and was amazingly punctual and consistent in arriving. She had great work out plans with diversity of excerises and diversity of pace, reps and intensity. I highly recommend her.
First let's talk about Bryan. There are 2 key things to succeeding in this world, they are don't be stupid and don't suck. Bryan definitely doesn't suck and he is far from stupid. Bryan is a genuine, honest, and caring person. He's going to push you to your best and then make you better. When I came to Bryan I set at a good 41% body fat. That's high if anyone is wondering, dangerously high. During my training sessions with him over the past 4 months I went from a heavy 45% body fat to a much lighter 27% body fat. I still have a lot of work to do on my personal goals, but I know Bryan is the one who will help me on the road to excellence.
Margaret has been my trainer, motivator, confidante, and therapist. She has been able to walk the fine line between drill sergeant (which I need) and workout buddy (which I want) with an ease that is uniquely her. I have worked out muscles that I didn't know even existed, and even when I whine after an excruciating 10th rep of an exercise, I always feel terrific at the end and for the rest of the day. Margaret is one of a kind. I cannot recommend her highly enough. If you want to get in shape and feel great in the process, you need to call Margaret right now.
