I've been working with Zak for just a week and already know he's a first rate trainer. Very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. I'm learning all sorts of new exercises I never did with other trainers. He really cares about helping his clients active their best results.
I have to admit, at first I was apprehensive. But, after the first session with Rick I was floored! I love the way he makes you work for your goals, ( even if you didn't have any) he is one of the top personal trainers I've ever been to. If you want to work, and feel the burn. He's your man!

My 14 year old son, Jack, trained with Eric Skinner for around 6 months specific to cross country running and distance track in high school. During this time, Jack showed major improvement in form, flexibility, agility, and PR time. I would highly recommend Eric Skinner to anyone looking for specific sports goals or general physical well being. We only stopped training for financial reasons, otherwise my son would have continued training for some time.
Will is very professional. I really enjoy the fact that he customizes my workout plan based on my current needs. He is a great at building report with his clients. He also will do a text check the next day to see how your body responds to the workouts. Its nice to work with a trainer that is concerned about clients safety. Will goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Will for beginners, intermediate, or even advanced.
For the money and training that you get at one healthy bod there's nothing in the area that can beat them in the area. Especially if your training with there new trainer Jackson Stacy.
Two reasons to get a personal trainer: I'll actually show up if someone is waiting for me; I need someone who knows how to locate and work specific muscles needed for stamina and posture in a 76-year-old woman. My personal trainer is amazing in her knowledge and professionalism, and is vastly improving my quality of life. She's certainly worth the hour drive to get to her.
I had Adam Wanner as a trainer for 1yr. Adam help me accomplish my goals. He guided me on my journey and helped me succeed. Adam is very knowledgeable as a trainer and that's what helped me be successful. Everything he taught me I am able to use daily. I had a great experience and would use Adam as a trainer again.

Ashlea trained me and a group of my friends for several months in a 45-60 minute outdoor session three times a week. She is a fantastic trainer who knows how to keep the workouts interesting. Every single workout was different, and she even used the jungle gym in her neighborhood as part of our exercises. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs variety to stay engaged. She is also a super fun person and highly motivating. You will gain a friend as well as a trainer!

My wife and I have trained with Gary for a couple of years now. Gary is a great trainer that really gets to know you on a personal level and gears your workout accordingly. I like to lift weights and my wife prefers cardio and Gary was able to accommodate both of our needs. The best part is that Gary comes to our house and that is very hard to find these days. We couldn't be happier. I highly recommend Gary and Achieve Fitness for in home personal training.
Chris is an excellent Physical Fitness Trainer! He is very professional and very knowledgeable! He utilizes his previous body building knowledge to educate his clients. He also applies his kinesiology knowledge to maximize his clients training sessions. I have never been athletic and have learned more about weight lifting and fitness from him than any other trainer that I have ever trained. Other trainers have left me looking anorexic and ill looking, but I have experienced very positive results training with Chris. I now feel like I belong in the gym. I am very fortunate to have a trainer that is compassionate about his profession and is willing to pass on his knowledge to me to become healthier and a better weight lifter. He has pushed me to lift weights at volume that I would have never imagined. This muay Thai trainer is amazing he taught me how to use real life combat tactics that actually work and get me in the best shape of my life at the same time. I have been training with him twice a week for the last seven or eight months and I've lost weight gained muscle fell better about myself overall and at the same time feel comfortable walking around i don't worry as much anymore because of him I am confident in my abilities I'm looking in to joining tournaments as well as a hobby
Matt is a fantastic trainer!!! He makes working out fun, and explains each exercise to me in detail. He takes time to make sure I understand why we are doing a certain workout and what muscle groups I'm working on. Also, I've been following the meal plan that he wrote up specifically for me and I have continuously seen results that I am incredibly proud of!
