I've been working with Zak for just a week and already know he's a first rate trainer. Very knowledgeable on fitness and nutrition. I'm learning all sorts of new exercises I never did with other trainers. He really cares about helping his clients active their best results.
I've been training with Rick for about a month. I have nothing but good things to say. He has been patient with me as I have started this journey. He doesn't make me feel bad when I fall short but encourages me that I can do more. I have had trainers in the past who made me feel like I was wasting their time if I needed to regroup and breathe. With Rick, he lets me catch my breath an start again when I am ready. I look forward to each session and the feeling of accomplishment when it is finished.

Eric is knowledgeable, compassionate professional. My experience with personal trainers in the past left me a bit leery but he put me at ease instantly. He will challenge but not overwhelm you, and make sure you understand what you need to do and WHY to progress quickly and steadily. If you want to improve your health but don't know where to start -- or are a little intimidated by personal trainers who think you should already be in shape before you come to them -- Eric's style of training will be a welcome relief for you. I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone as he tailors your training to YOU, not to a form from a book that says you should do this, that or the other. Call him. You will be glad you did.
Drew Simmons is very knowledgeable and really takes a personal interest in his clients. He makes exercise programs fun and makes you want to keep going back. Drew is always professional and takes his training very serious but he also makes me laugh and keeps it interesting.
Anthony is a fantastic trainer. I've had quite a few trainers over the recent years, but Anthony puts them all to shame with both his level of knowledge and his emphasis on customizing a workout to his client. He doesn't "make it up" as he goes, like some trainers. He meticulously plans each workout and custom tailors it to your personal abilities and limits. The result is an excellent workout, every time. In fact, I saw more results in one month under his training, than I did in several months with other trainers. He also has a passion for nutrition, and could pretty much tell you anything you'd want to know (or more) about diet and nutrition. Highly recommended!
Will is very professional. I really enjoy the fact that he customizes my workout plan based on my current needs. He is a great at building report with his clients. He also will do a text check the next day to see how your body responds to the workouts. Its nice to work with a trainer that is concerned about clients safety. Will goes above and beyond for his clients. I highly recommend Will for beginners, intermediate, or even advanced.
Two reasons to get a personal trainer: I'll actually show up if someone is waiting for me; I need someone who knows how to locate and work specific muscles needed for stamina and posture in a 76-year-old woman. My personal trainer is amazing in her knowledge and professionalism, and is vastly improving my quality of life. She's certainly worth the hour drive to get to her.

I am a senior citizen and I have been training with Deana for 9 months. She is concerned with all aspects of my health and has challenged me from where I started to where I have progressed today. She is not a "one size fits all" trainer. Deana is a total professional. I would recommend her as a trainer to anyone of any age looking to for better health!

Ashlea trained me and a group of my friends for several months in a 45-60 minute outdoor session three times a week. She is a fantastic trainer who knows how to keep the workouts interesting. Every single workout was different, and she even used the jungle gym in her neighborhood as part of our exercises. I would highly recommend her to anyone who needs variety to stay engaged. She is also a super fun person and highly motivating. You will gain a friend as well as a trainer!
Rob is the best trainer around OKC and very knowledgeable. He practices what he preaches and is a great testament to hard work
Gary is a very intelligible and friendly trainer, but also keeps you on track and helps you by giving you friendly advice and answers any questions. And the fact that he is willing to travel where you are makes him a top choice. I go to a free gym and he is willing to travel there for me and meet me on my terms. Add that he is an actual AFFORDABLE trainer and there is no reason why you shouldn't at least try him out for yourself. Definitely won't be sorry! I would recommend him to anyone that is serious about wanting to learn a few things about there health and what they can do to live healthier lives.
Chris is the BEST trainer I've ever worked with. He is very knowledgeable and dedicated to the goals set forth. I absolutely his style. Chris takes time out to explain the where, why, and how. He makes a nutrition plan for you and tells you why this is effective. He lets you know how this will help you achieve your goals. I can't say enough great things about him!!!! He's awesome!!!!!!
Ryan is the best trainer I could ever ask for. I am legally disabled at only the age of 24. I have been on bedrest for a year and it is hard for me to be able to get out sometimes. Ryan spent all his time personalizing a custom diet, custom work out, custom times, and custom program for me, all personalized for me. He pushes me when I need pushed, he teaches me, he makes sure that I do not push my body to where I am in pain. He took the time to research my disabilities and injuries to know what we can do and what we can't do. He makes sure that I do not push myself just to please him, he makes sure that I am working every part of my body and that I feel it but that I'm not damaging my body. He asks me questions, insures I'm doing what I'm supposed to do and that I'm feeling my body reacting properly. He explains everything to me what it's for, what it should feel like, what it's doing. He also doesn't just keep you doing the same workout he makes sure I'm working out various parts of my body getting a full workout. He is making sure I'm strengthening my injuries in the best way. Just after two sessions my back which has put me off and on in a wheel chair felt so relieved!! And I'm having to delay my workouts because of a surgery and I already feel sluggish without my workout. And Ryan cares about me!!! He texts me to check up on my surgery, to insure I'm okay, and to check on my pain level. He also makes sure to encourage me to keep to that diet and to keep on going! He is so much better priced and I couldn't think of a better private trainer. If you want someone who truly cares about your health, about your happiness, and about making your goals true and less of money then this is your guy!!! He is focused on YOU! He CARES for you. You deserve the best. Ryan is the best.
DeVante is an amazing personal trainer. He educateds and explains every workout with you. His workout sessions are very professional and fun. You'll never feel embarrassed working out with him. I highly recommend him to anyone wanting to reach their results.
