I`ve been taking guitar lessons from Steve for seven weeks now and I find him to be a GREAT teacher and very knowledgeable on everything when it comes to anything related to music. If you want to know anything about a particular instrument or Amp or anything related to music Steve can guide you. I`m an older student and mentally handicapped sometimes ;) and he`s very patient with me. I give him 5 stars and would recommend to him to anyone.

David Joel has helped me immensely improve in my ability to play the guitar. Before starting lessons with him I had over 6 years experience playing the guitar, including 2 years of beginner lessons. During that time I relied heavily on guitar tabs and what I could find on the internet. I came to David with decent technique but something was definitely lacking in my playing. David helped me figure out what I was missing and helped me get to a level of playing I never thought I could reach. It wasn't easy as he had me going back to the basics. I learned how to read sheet music, how to keep a better tempo, and the music theory behind it all. It has been about 2 years now with David and I am continually learning and improving. Overall my experience with David has been thoroughly enjoyable and I would recommend his services to anyone, whether they are new to the guitar or have been playing for years.

I am a busy business owner with limited time to explore my creative side. Knowing this, I wanted to take up acoustic guitar lessons, but needed to connect with someone with the right balance of push and patience. I was fortunate to find Paul. He is very passionate about music, and that comes through in our lessons. I'm learning, having fun, and through Paul have found a new outlet for my creative side. Thank you Paul!

I retired a few years ago and was looking for a new hobby and decided on learning to play the guitar. Daniel responded quickly to my request for information and I decided to take my first lesson with him. My first lesson was very informative and very comfortable as Daniel is very patient with new students. Daniel is a very talented musician and has the ability to work with those who have never picked or plucked a string before - like me. He makes playing the guitar fun and his teaching method is easy to understand especially when you're the proverbial "old dog" trying to learn a new trick. I highly recommend Daniel to anyone who is considering playing the guitar no matter if it's a child, teen, adult or senior.

Jed instructed me in guitar and voice lessons. Jed is a great teacher - I learned a lot from him and he helped me to understand the parts of music that were confusing to me before. I appreciated his encouraging, laid back demeanor. He was never late to a lesson and was very accommodating with his schedule. He is extremely knowledgable of his field and I would recommend him to anyone!

This lesson was awesome! The instructor Mike was very friendly & professional. He taught at a comfortable pace. He watched as I played & gave feedback. He makes learning the guitar fun. I left knowing how to play a VERY popular song☺ I can't wait to do some of my homework & get to the next lesson. I highly recommend Mike for any beginners like myself!

My teenage son has been enjoying Danton's classical guitar teaching for the past two years. In this time, he has greatly matured in his playing skills and understanding of music theory. Danton challenges his students in creative and fun ways, making lessons a pleasure. He includes the student in selecting music, being sure to advance the student's skill level without overwhelm the student. He is professional, engaging, and friendly. Additionally, his ability to come to my home for lessons saves me time each week. Certainly, he is a very talented musician whom I eagerly recommend for all styles of piano or guitar instruction.

I had just started guitar and was clueless about how to begin learning as an adult. Max was a great teacher, offering advice on everything from how to tune the guitar to playing chord progressions. Before the lessons, Max asked me to send him some songs I wanted to learn; Max learned them and used them as a framework for the lessons, making the instruction practical and fun. Moreover, whenever a music theory concept came up, he explained it in an intuitive way, which I really appreciated. The environment was constructive and relaxed, and I couldn't have asked for a better introduction to guitar.

As a young guitarist, Ben was extremely patient with me in picking up new material. He took his time in ensuring my understanding of whatever we worked on. Ben allowed his lessons to be fun rather than all work, which was helpful for me as I was a younger student of his. With that being said he was excellent at pushing and encouraging me to get the most out of the experience. Ben was far and away the best instructor I ever worked with.

About

I am never comfortable with where I am in my trade. I have to be learning more about guitar to fully enjoy it, which means I will offer a very progressive and enjoyable learning experience.

About

Learning guitar is a pretty frustrating process when starting from square one. I believe that to become a great guitarist, sitting in a room staring at music sheets for hours will not help. My lessons are geared more toward teaching one to feel the guitar rather than to simply play it. Learning to feel the guitar is essential in becoming a good guitarist. Learning to read music and memorizing every scale are simply stuff to pick up along the way. I will push you to want to do more. If you would like classical training, I am probably not for you. However, if you would like to learn to play with your soul, not your brain, I can do my best for you. I teach acoustic or electric guitar playing.

About

I am a guitar teacher with a teaching ability that stretches across all genres at various depths. Rock, jazz, folk, blues, country, punk, funk, and hip-hop. If you can name it, you can learn it. I teach students of all ages and charge $30 for an hour-long lesson. My credentials include having toured the United States and Germany with the Paul Green School of Rock All Star Program as well as having covered a large chunk of the country with my own band The Chelsea Kills. I played first guitar the Cheltenham High School Jazz band from 08-10 and dabbled in folk, blues and hip-hop projects as well. I have been playing for almost 10 years, and I have gathered a lot of knowledge in my musical pursuits, which I am willing to pass on to anyone interested.

About

I have been playing guitar since I was 12. I am 24 now and during the duration of that time, I have had various teachers and acquired encyclopedia amounts of information about guitar and teach from out my house the very thing's I've been taught at varying degrees of the guitar players’ abilities. I have a lot of students who are very new at playing whom have to get the dexterity built up in their fingers and the knowledge of the fret board in the early lessons. I have students who are going to be giving me a run for my money soon! Practice is everything, and most importantly, it's about having fun while learning!

About

I love helping people learn the guitar. I don't work with traditional lesson books. Instead, I customize a program that allows the student to reach their goals as easy as possible. I like to focus on songwriting through the guitar, but my only goal is to make sure my students have as much fun playing as I have.

About

I am a very patient teacher and my students tell me that I am a superb listener. I find that each individual student has their own style of learning. I adapt my teaching style to suit your needs as a student to help you excel and exceed even your highest expectations!
