"I have been training with Doug for two years, and I highly recommend him to anyone who is looking for a personal trainer. When I first started training with Doug, I was recovering from a torn ACL. Doug helped me in my recovery process and got me back to feeling better then before the injury even happened. He took time to get to know what my goals were and always checks in to see if my goals have changed. I now keep a food journal, go over it with Doug, and he helps me make healthy changes in my diet. I look forward to our training sessions because I know that I will be pushed to work hard and will also have fun. I love the boxing sessions that we get to do as well as the agility work that Doug has gotten me back into. When I'm at the gym and not training with Doug, I always make sure to share my successes with him because I know he will be excited about what I have accomplished. I'm not sure if I would be the athlete I am today if it wasn't for Doug. His motivation and dedication to helping me reach my goals is greatly appreciated. "
