EXCELLENT!!! Jonas is the best personal trainer I've ever seen. I've actually been trained by him for 4 months. Why I just comment now is I believe that data and experience is more convincing. I've lost 18 lbs during these four months, more important is my body fat started at 17% to 6.7% ! I can't believe myself! But it's true! Additionally, Jonas is more than a professional trainer but a kindhearted, patient, humorous friend! I highly recommend him and F.A.M.E fitness! You will never regret your choice! Hopefully my poor English didn't make any misunderstanding (at least Jonas can bear my English, lol)
I met Dr Phil via thumbtack. He quoted me what I thought was a reasonable price for his level of education. I suffer from fibromyalgia and he was able to help me tremendously. Ive tried trainers at LA Fitness and others and Phils education and experience clearly stand out.

Josh trained me for a few months after returning to work and having a baby. It was exactly what I needed since I no longer had the time to go to the gym with a young baby. Josh pushed me each week with a new and challenging workout. I lost pounds, inches and ended up having to buy new clothes since my pre-baby wardrobe was too large. Josh brought all the equipment and gave me a great workout week after week. I wasn't new to the gym scene or to working out for that matter, but I felt that my current workout wasn't giving me the results I wanted, I had plateaued in my workout routine and I didn't know how to progress further to get the results I wanted. I decided to seek out help and I had herd a great deal about Premier Gym, and a considerable amount about Brian-one of their personal fitness coaches. Brian showed me so many new and fun workouts that I could also do on my own, that would get me to where I wanted my body to be. He also preformed an overall fitness evaluation to see where I was physically instead of just throwing me into a workout routine. He came up with routines specifically for my body type and my goals. Brian also showed me and corrected me on routines that I was doing that I thought I was doing right. He is fun to workout with and kept me motivated! He even went the extra mile to do an in-home training session with me when I wasn't able to make it to the studio one week, and most important, he was very professional-never canceled or was late to a session. Brian definitely knows what he is talking about and I have seen my body change drastically since I have been going to him. I highly recommend Brian if you are looking to loose weight, tone up, or to simply freshen up on your current work out routine. He is amazing and I cannot thank him enough!

Brandon is truly a professional personal trainer. He is patience and he understands what works for me and what does not. Im impressed with how he explained things to me in training sessions in such a way that maintained my safety; and he taught me how to do certain moves without him so that I could exercise at home. Because of his personal but professional style, he made me feel comfortable enough to expose my flaws and we developed a plan to overcome those challenges and to achieve my fitness goals.
