Emily P. says, "I worked with Robbie from InJest Events to come up with a menu and Chef Lauren came to our rental house to cook and serve. I spoke with about 5 different chefs/catering companies and Robbie was the best fit for our family of twelve. The food was all delicious and reasonably priced (stayed within our budget) and the kids (and adults) ate several things that they normally don’t like but found delicious. The salad had vegetables picked from Chef Lauren’s garden that morning, the crab cakes and corn salad were fresh and tasty, the filet was tender, and the berry pie had a great texture and was not overly sweet. Overall, everyone loved it and it was a nice way to celebrate a birthday at the beach. Also for anyone who has any dietary restraints—they accommodated THREE severe ALLERGIES among my nieces and nephews which isn’t easy. I would definitely use them again!"See more
