We celebrated our 31 wedding anniversary by having Chef Tony prepare our dinner. Our celebration took place on April 30, 2014, the day it rained cats, dogs and cows! Chef Tony was on time regardless of the severe weather issues. He prepared an exemplary five course meal,with each course accompanied with a great wine. I contacted Chef Anton for a one time personal chef session for a birthday dinner (2 people). First let me start off by saying the entire experience with chef Tony was phenomenal. I treated my awesome wife to her first in home personal chef experience for her birthday. Chef Tony provided everything from table dressings to cleanup. My wife had a delicious stuffed lobster while I enjoyed a wonderful filet mignon. We had about 4 courses all delicious. I had such an incredible experience with Chef Moïse! From our initial contact she was beyond helpful in helping create the menu for the evening, although I don’t think there would have been a wrong choice. The food was incredible!! We had roasted chicken half’s, lobster Mac and cheese (OMG!!), garlic green beans, Cesar salad, cornbread, and finished with the most amazing gooey fudge brownie desert. The presentation of the food and table setting was perfection! I would recommend Chef Moïse to anybody looking for amazing food from an amazing chef. I also think it’s important to note that as a gay couple it was great to have an LGBTQ+ chef who welcomed, accepted and helped celebrate our love.

I would highly recommend Chef Tony to anyone looking for a unique and wonderful dining experience. I surprised my wife with a birthday weekend getaway for herself and 5 of her friends. They all have very unique food needs and preferences varying from food allergies to vegan and just about everything in between. They also all have a taste for high quality, well cooked food. I expressed to Chef Tony all the needs of the dietary my wife and her friends as well as all of my concerns. He put my concerns at ease. The event as to take place in a hotel suite that I had reserved for the ladies. The day before the scheduled event, the hotel told they that they had changed their mind and I could not have Chef Tony cook in their hotel, but would need to use their caterer if I wanted to have such an event. At the very last moment I had to inform Chef Tony of a change in location because of this hotels last minute policy change. Chef Tony readily switched the event to the new location without a complaint or a hitch. The ladies had a 5 course meal with wine pairings for each course. I have heard nothing but great reviews from each of the ladies about their experience. Although we are currently in the midst of a record breaking low temperature winter here in PA, the women were blown away by how fresh and flavorful the fruits and vegetables were in each course. They raved about the fresh crab and perfectly cooked lobster he had prepared for them. One of my wife's friends had an additional food allergy that I was unaware of and therefore had not communicated to Chef Tony. He served a soup that she could not eat. Chef Tony took the soup away and without hesitation, prepared an entirely new entree, plated, and served it to her before the other women finished her soup. And she reports that her new entree was so tasty and well prepared she could not believe that it was not something that he had previously planned on cooking for them. Finally, the ladies were all grateful to learn a great deal about multiple wines and wine pairing. They all ended the evening full and completely satisfied and raving about their dining experience with Chef Tony. In any future engagements that I have requiring a chef, I will be sure to contact Chef Tony without a doubt!
