I met Terry 4 years ago when I was 18. I stand at the age 22 with 30lbs lost. I did not have any knowledge with proper eating and exercising. I'm just a few sessions and already feel stronger after working with Josh! I have a healthcare background and I am still learning from him! He is very knowledgeable about fitness and nutrition and makes sure my form is perfect so I don't hurt myself like I always have when I lifted weights by myself! So far I feel that he is a good investment if you are seeking to learn the proper way to lift weights and get fit he is your guy! He pushes me to do more than I ever thought I could do physically and it's such a great feeling to reach that ceiling and break through it both physically and emotionally! I call him " Mr Four more!" Overall, I find his communication skills top notch as he is respectful of your time and energy! He is a kind person but a great motivator when it comes to getting the best results out of you! Hi, I am a 57 year old breast cancer survivor who has worked with Cathy from Creative fitness and had so much success! I could not have done this by myself. I have a complicated medical picture(lymphedema of right arm) so figuring out a program for me took lots of research and time on Cathy's end. Since last July, I lost 38 lbs. It continues to be a battle to do the work but I know that Cathy will be there when I need her. Highly recommend working with her. luci miller
I love working out at innate fitness ! Jon & Matt both create amazing programs for their clients that are fun and different. It’s the cheapest price I’ve found in the Pittsburgh area for an hour long session! I also take their group fitness bootcamp style class that is a true fat burner! Definitely recommend this place!
We got a gift certificate for my father-in-law, who underwent knee surgery at the age of 78. The recovery was not really progressing with the implements offered by his health insurance. Nuket was a very big help: very reliable, and very open and friendly. Both of my in-laws got a lot of tips and tricks, how to deal with their pains and aches, and my father-in-law is able to walk much better. Nuket is very professional, and we are happy that we hired her, and if necessary we will do it again !
Working with Jason is rewarding. The workouts are never the same and always a challenge. He analyses your fitness level and works with you to keep improving. I have worked with other trainers that pushed too hard at the beginning and I would never follow through, Jason works you hard don't get me wrong, but not to the point of not wanting to return.

Nicole's Group Fitness class is an intense full body workout. I have been going on a steady basis for a year and a half and each class has been different and challenging. She is encouraging and motivating and pushes you to reach goals you never thought you could reach. The classes are fun and the people in the class vary in age and ability which enhances your class experience. My body is more tone, I am much stronger and surprisingly my endurance level has increased immensely thanks to the different exercises and workouts.
Back in 2011 I requested a number of trials, looking for a Personal Trainer in Miami Beach. Sam was one of a number I tested and immediately it was clear she was the one. Since then I have used Sam every week nearly for 3 years and there is no doubt she has the perfect blend of honesty, compassion and toughness required for anyone. I have seen her work with children, pre and post natal women and even elite athletes and she treats all levels differently but with the same disciplined approach. She now even helps me shop for the right foods, prepares weekly goals and continues to encourage me in all aspects of wellness. Rob was very knowledgeable, patient, and kind to me during our workout session. He understood that I was not a fan of exercise,I expressed to him that it was something I needed to do to lose weight and feel healthier! He showed me a few different routines and one was actually really fun. There was one that used something called a Bosu, which really challenged me to stay balanced and burned lots of calories in the process After our sessions were done, we set up a routine that I could easily do in my home and that fit in my schedule. Now I feel confident that I can carry out our exercise plan and work towards my fitness goals. I highly recommend Rob as a personal trainer!
