"Terry has been my personal trainer for a couple months now and he is AWESOME! I have been working out on and off for about 10 years and have never had a personal trainer. When we first started he asked what my goals are and created a workout plan specifically for me. Each session is always something different, with new exercises and techniques that I have never done before. I am thoroughly exhausted after each training session and can already see the change in my body that I was looking for. He is motivating, friendly, professional and I will be training with him for a long time. I have even recommended a friend who has also started training with Terry. He works early and long hours, but he is always fresh and full of energy no matter what time of the day it is. He also created a meal plan and emails me work out plans to perform outside of our sessions to help me meet my goals. He checks up on me continually throughout the week and encourages and pushes me hard to make sure I am maximizing my potential. Great overall guy and fantastic trainer! Highly recommended."

"Mirsada Powell was always smiley and good-natured, and made me feel better about myself. She is passionate about fitness and it shows through the energy and enthusiasm she brings to every session. Her easy going, friendly personality creates a relaxed, comfortable atmosphere. She makes each workout challenging, creative and most importantly, fun! She also places a high value on correct form with each exercise. She motivates me to push past my perceived limits to get results. "My goals in hiring a personal trainer included losing more than 50 pounds, getting healthier, and feeling good about myself again. Daniel Coll has helped me to reach all 3 of these goals in the last year. My husband loves my new look, and my mother complimented me the other day saying I look better at 46 than I did at 16. Not something you hear every day! In addition to meeting those 3 goals there have been a few benefits that I did not even know about at the start of this journey. "Victor is the best personal trainer in the whole Upstate. The amount of knowledge he has on nutrition and fitness is AMAZING. "Maranda has given me the best personal training experience I have ever had. She truly cares about her clients by being flexible and available for us anytime of the day. She customizes individual nutrition plans based on our lean body mass and holds us accountable to tracking our food. I fought her for the longest time but she never he gave up on me. "Recommendation for personal trainer: Ron Gordon. Over the last 2 months, Ron has been a great personal trainer for the following reasons: 1). First, Ron is a great listener, and he listens carefully to both what you say *and* what your body says. He is uncommonly good in this regard. 2). Ron is very thoughtful with his approach, based on what he hears as your goals and based on how he assesses your current strengths. He is not a "one size fits all" kind of guy, but he does have a general approach to training that has worked for him over the years, which includes a heavy emphasis on form and technique to avoid injury and optimize longer-term performance. His respect for and focus on technique was particularly important to me. 3). Ron brings a lot to the table, given his extensive experience with triathlons, marathons and distance hiking. His reference base here is impressive which helps to differentiate him amongst other trainers. 4). Ron is always on time, to the dot, and he is very well organized and process driven. That said, he is paradoxically flexible if schedules, goals or times change. Overall, if you have exercise and/or physical goals you'd like to accomplish, Ron is a great guy to help you get there and you should at least give him a try. Alex"
