Candice has been training me for six months and has helped me meet my goals of losing five to ten pounds and toning different areas of my body. She has incorporated exercises into my routines that has also helped me strengthen my core and balance. Candice made me comfortable the first time I met with her. She was interested in my goals and did not try to intimidate me with an exercise program that would scare me away. I heard about Erik's Fitness from a friend of mine so I decided to try it out. I've been going to Sydney for a few weeks now, in preparation for my upcoming wedding in September. I absolutely love my sessions with her. I was very nervous at first, as I had never done HIIT before. I knew we would get along after our consultation, and she made me feel so comfortable and welcome for where I was at physically. She pushes me to work hard, she encourages me to do my best, but most of all, she makes sure that we have FUN. From her awesome music, to her great laugh, I absolutely love everything about training with Sydney.
