"I started at GreatLife back in mid December 2016. Long story short, I had a thyroid condition that went undetected for over a yr that caused me to gain over 50lbs. I've never had weight issues prior but trying to get the weight back off was a struggle. I got 20-25lbs of it off by myself but always struggled to get the remaining off no matter how hard I tried. Austin was running a special on personal training so my friend and I took the plunge, never looked back, and no regrets! Austin got us both on the right track with nutrition and fitness. We entered a fitness challenge against the other locations and had some of the smallest people on our team with Austin as our leader and we won! Since I have been training with Austin, I have exceeded my weight loss goal in a short period of time and we continue working on my other personal goals of strengthening my knees and hamstrings along with general toning. He is always great about checking in to see how our bodies are feeling, paying attention to any injuries we may have and working around them. If you want a trainer that cares about you achieving your goals, cares about your well-being, pushes you in a workout but doesn't sacrifice form, and keeps things challenging yet fun, then Austin is your guy!!
