If you do not have a gym membership, then that will be free for me to train you at, I will do outdoor training at a surrounding park (Germanshire, Halle Stadium, Olive Branch, etc.) I will charge $20 for 1-hour session. I will do meal plans and any advising you need and will be your fitness teacher, not just instructor! I currently hold a BS in Exercise and Sports Science.
