Truthfully I've worked with all kinds of personally trainers but chase colemans approach was amazing. Face to face. Ryne is amazing. I have made so much progress in strength and endurance. He is always mindful and careful because I am a breast cancer survivor who had a double mastectomy and chemo. I sent my aging parents to him, they are both stronger and healthier than they have been in years. There is a fine line with trainers of being pleasant but also being able to push enough to get results, Ryne's the best at it.

Shannon really helped me tone up and taught me how to really make the most of the time that i was in the gym. He knew when to push me to the limit but also knew when to back off when necessary.
