I trained with Law for around a year and in that time I had the best results I've ever had. I lost 30 lbs while working with him and also was impressed not just with the weight loss but also the toning and muscle definition I gained. Law is very knowledgable in how he programs his workouts to achieve body fat percentage loss and toning. He is also very knowledgable in programming a diet plan based on what you want to achieve. His training and workouts are hard work but get results if you follow his plan. I would 100% recommend Law as a trainer for anyone at any level of fitness.

Rob Murden is an excellent coach and personal trainer. He is well-versed in various fitness domains (cardio, strength, flexibility, plyometrics, stamina) and styles of working out (Crossfit, boot camps, circuit training, powerlifting, olympic lifting). Moreover, he is knowledgeable about best practices in diet, weight loss, and nutrition to enhance performance. Best of all, he is humorous, easygoing, and easy to work with!
I have trained with several personal trainers over the years - Garrett is the best. He listened to my goals, planned workouts with a variety of exercises that helped me toward those goals and was patient when I needed extra instruction to get an exercise right. During the year he worked with me his knowledge, guidance and encouragement not only helped me to achieve my original fitness goals but also allowed me to identify and achieve even higher goals. But I think most important for me was that Garrett provided me with the tools and knowledge necessary to continue to progress even though I'm no longer able to work with him every week - although a trip to Nashville for a couple of sessions is not out of the question!

Lamonte is doing a great job. He is encouraging and patient and mixes things up so its never boring. I love that he comes to my house and brings everything we need, its like having a home gym and a personal fitness trainer at my fingertips in the comfort of my own home. Its challenging but hes careful to be aware of any special challenges you have. Im really pleased and would recommend Lamonte to my friends.

I first started going to tranformations 4 life in June 2012. At that time the extent of my exercise consisted of walking. The boot camps are always energetic and challenging. Julie does an outstanding job of working with you as an individual. She demonstrates modifications but pushes you to reach your full potential. Her class isn't just about weight loss but overall physical and mental well being.
Melinda is a great instructor, she will push you when you don't think you have anything left. Never the same workout and of course you can do anything for 5 seconds :)
