"I used On Top Service to inspect my chimney and fireplace. Not only were they on time but they arrived early only after calling me first to let me know they were 10 minutes away. Upon arriving the employee was in uniform, professional, courteous, and friendly. He took his time and was extremely thorough. After completing the inspection he took the time to go into detail informing me of a couple existing problems. Even when my wife had trouble understanding he had the heart of a teacher and simplified the explanation and honestly answered all her questions. Never did we feel pressured or like he was trying to up sell us. When leaving he gave us his personal cell number and told us to call if we had anymore questions. He also told us to expect a written report to be emailed within 48 hours. To my surprise it was in my inbox the next morning. I very seldom take the time to write a review but because of the excellent service I received it is my pleasure. I've already highly recommended On Top Service to several friends and business associates. Look no further. Contractors like this are hard to find!"

"He was early and stayed to talk with our realtor who ran late. Seemed to be very thorough. This was the first home inspection my hubby and I have ever had done and we were satisfied.
