My fiance and I have been taking dancing lessons with Vanessa. We are learning a traditional first dance and we have also asked Vanessa to choreograph a more contemporary dance number. Vanessa is a wonderful teacher and choreographer! She has a way of explaining and calling out the dance moves that makes sense to us non-dancers. Vanessa is also extremely patient with us and gives us so much encouragement. We feel like we will rock both of our wedding dances! If you're looking for a dance instructor, I highly recommend Vanessa.

Jill is in amazing yoga teacher. She has come to my house on several occasions and taught a group sunset yoga class which was absolutely fabulous, both relaxing and invigorating if that's possible to have both. I can't recommend her enough. If you are looking for private or group lessons she's your woman. She also has an extensive history as a labor and delivery nurse which makes for the perfect person to teach pre-and post natal yoga classes as well.
Lauren is warm, engaging, and an accomplished professional able to work with all levels of ability. As an instructor she is easy to follow and always offers a satisfying combination of poses. Her voice envelops the room, creating calm energy; her out breath always makes me relax and become more present. Of the 8-10 yoga teachers I have had, Lauren is definitely my favorite.
I have had many sessions with David. His energy and unique style makes my yoga practice fun and alive. While he constantly pushes me to go deeper and develop my practice, he always is cautos and considerate of my limits. David always makes me sweat and seems to authentically enjoy teaching yoga. I especially enjoy his humorous approach to some outrageous poses. I think he really knows the body and is not afraid to introduce creative sequnces. Emily combines contemporary dance flow with yoga in her classes. It really loosens those tight spots, and especially helped with my back. After a week of sitting over work at your job, your back really gets out wack. She puts a lot of thought into the meditation at the end of the class. She also helps you understand more about each pose that you can't really get in other classes. I highly recommend you try her class!
