My fiance and I have been taking dancing lessons with Vanessa. We are learning a traditional first dance and we have also asked Vanessa to choreograph a more contemporary dance number. Vanessa is a wonderful teacher and choreographer! She has a way of explaining and calling out the dance moves that makes sense to us non-dancers. Vanessa is also extremely patient with us and gives us so much encouragement. We feel like we will rock both of our wedding dances! If you're looking for a dance instructor, I highly recommend Vanessa.

I have had many sessions with David. His energy and unique style makes my yoga practice fun and alive. While he constantly pushes me to go deeper and develop my practice, he always is cautos and considerate of my limits. David always makes me sweat and seems to authentically enjoy teaching yoga. I especially enjoy his humorous approach to some outrageous poses. I think he really knows the body and is not afraid to introduce creative sequnces. I love practicing yoga with David and strongly recommend him. Namaste.
Best yoga teacher ever! My husband and I started practicing with Beata with individual lessons for us. Her love and expertise in yoga is contagious. Time will tell but we are excited to begin a custom yoga practice. BTW we are in our sixties! Never too late to start!
