I have trained with a lot of different trainers in the last 30 years and Mary is one of the best by far! She motivates and inspires me to push harder to increase my endurance and overall fitness level. Her positive and boundless energy is infectious so that I hate to miss a class or bootcamp with her. Everyone knows you will need to work hard when you are with Mary but it is the best workout you can get! Mary is very knowledgable and she always gives you modifications for your fitness level or consideration of any injuries. You will always feel like you had a great workout with Mary - you get a good cardio work out while toning at the same time !!!
I just love working out with Tim. He’s so passionate about health and training. I love that he continues his education all the time so that he is able to bring new ideas and techniques to us clients. Personally I feel if I’m gonna buy a service, I prefer a person that is serious about what they do. He’s flexible with my schedule. He is determined to help me succeed. And even though i feel self-conscious about my weight and appearance, he treats me like a regular person and doesn’t make me feel like somethings wrong with me. He told me his aim is to treat his clients like their his sister or brother. He had a great plan for my goals. 3 months muscle training to set foundation for a healthy strong body. Which will make life-long health & weight loss doable! Best trainer I’ve ever had. I always tell him “you are worth every penny!”

Samuel was really helpful!! Before I started working with him, I didn't know if I was doing certain workouts correctly or not & he showed me how to do them the right way & where it works on your body (I.e glutes, core, etc.) & introduced me to new workouts! He gave me some great advice when it came to eating the right way & truly wanted to help me lose weight & get fit! He's flexible with your schedule & understands if you ever have to reschedule/cancel a session. I strongly recommend Samuel to anybody who wants to have a healthier lifestyle!
My experience with Melvin as a personal trainer has been excellent. He is very professional, attentive, and provides training based on his knowledge and expertise. After a traumatic back injury from a motor vehicle accident last year, I was a bit apprehensive about getting back into the gym. Not only did Melvin motivate me, he challenged me to push beyond my comfort zone always conscious of my back injury. His instruction has provided me the tools to continue my strength training as well as counciling me on nutrition and muscle building. He emphasized core strengthening to protect my back from future injury. I am now stronger and more confident in my workout as a result of his training.
I've attended morning boot camp at Innovative Fitness for six years. It's changed my life. It's tough but it's really fun. Trevor is personable, motivated, and really cares about my fitness and diet. Weston is an excellent trainer. He can adjust easily within the workout as needed. His workouts are challenging, he makes sure that the workout has variation and moves quickly. There is little or no time wasted.
Well to be honest, I am a Marine Corps Combat Veteran with a lot of things that are wrong.. Albert worked with me on multiple sessions. He pointed out key things for me to work on and he stayed with me, watched and guided my movements as I lifted the weights, squats, and other exercise techniques. I would honestly recommend Albert training anyone...he knows his stuff and he spends countless hour a day studying on more techniques to improve his range of knowledge nit only to better you but to better himself so he can find some way to help you. He incorporated my medications I take to my daily routines to give me the best workout I needed...he continuously pushes to make you want the workout...he is very much one of the best personal trainers I have ever encountered, I am 27 years old and have been to a lot of gyms throughout the military and civilian complexs so for me personally he motivates you to want to do better. He also uses his personal life to help get you more comfortable with him.. It gives you that " he really understands where I'm coming from attitude"
