We loved Ed! Not only was the food DELICIOUS, but the service was outstanding. Ed is a real people person, and every visit we had felt comfortable. Ed and Amazing Caterers catered for my wedding on Oct. 7th 2016. All my guests loved the food and variety Amazing Caterers offer, and I even had the chefs checking on myself; always asking if I needed anything throughout the night. Ed also went above and beyond for us, and got us a quote and set up for flatware 3 days before the wedding when a crisis had hit! Thank you Ed, and thank you Amazing Caterers!!
It has been almost a year and my family and friends still are bragging about the best brisket they had ever eaten. My dad I think stalks the sweet guy they call Tater (LOL - love the name!). We must have had 20 plus catering tastings and were exhausted over bad food or sub-par standard chicken at $35 a plate. We had a huge wedding and needed good food but not costing the price of my Nissan. So finally we tried Wedding Wire one more time and found Tatering. Marc was sooooo responsive and seriously answered all my 2000 questions I had over the phone. I must have called him like 4 times. He was patient and answered them all and even offered some great ideas on my timeline. So the big surprise was the quote, my finance and I were skeptical of this because he was more like $24 a plate but it included the dishware, linens, staff and food (meal and apps). Now this all changed with finally meeting him and his chef in Carrollton ( I believe they have moved though). They were so both very nice and Marc talked with us for 2 hours again which was so reassuring. He showed us everything right there during our free tasting (yes free!!). Now the best part... the brisket!! His brisket was so incredibly juicy and not dry. Has some fat on it and comes with his signature sweet barbecue sauce with I think some kind of soda flavor in it. Ok the stuff is to DIE for!! Hubby took a bottle home with him and covered up all my cooking with it, because its so damn good. Now we had his mac n cheese and garlic mashed potatoes which are both very good. We knew this was the right place, signed the contract and paid them right there. So the day of my day was stressful until I heard Tatering arrived, I kept thinking of the barbecue until dinner time. People is was so damn good the second time we ate it and yes his staff had to go boxes made for us which we ate on the plane later. Love you guys!
We had Chef Luke come over for sushi night at our house not to long ago. The sushi was fresh and absolutely amazing. Chef Luke was very personable and entertaining while he was preparing our meal for us. We have refered Chef Luke to several of our friends and already have another dinner night scheduled for him at our house.

Working with Tiffaney was amazing!! I set up a tasting with her first and she came in with her sous chef and executed as if it was the actual event, I couldn't have asked for more! The food tasted amazing and the presentation was beautiful. I was doing a corporate event in a Dallas but live and work in NJ and Tiffaney made everything easy for me. She was the first one to respond to my inquiry and her responsiveness continued through the whole process. Her team executed beautifully as well. She remained calm and confident when any obstacles came up. I would highly recommend her for any and every event!! I can't wait to do another event in Dallas so I can work with her again.
Our experience with Chefs Like It Hot was extremely positive. Chef Tony went above and beyond to ensure our special wedding day met our every expectation. Our guests were very impressed with every aspect of the meal...from the appetizers to every dish of the main course. Chef Tony was also able to provide servers when we had to make changes from our original plan to serve buffet style, this was something that was unexpected and he made sure things went as smoothly as possible. I would recommend Chef Tony to provide your catering needs for your next event!

Where do I begin?!? Brian is beyond fabulous! I had a small elegant birthday party for my dear friend and Brian suggested an intimate menu. It seemed extremely complicated to me, however he pulled it off with grace and beauty. Their were 3 men there who love to cook and Brian welcomed them into the kitchen and showed them some easy tricks for difficult dishes! They were so happy. We women could have cared less as we order reservations! None of us could understand why Brian is not the head chef of his own restaurant?!? If you are looking for someone who will prepare Horseradish Sake Tenderloin for most of your guest and then a beautiful Portbello stuffed mushroom for that one guest who is vegan and display your meal fit for Gordon Ramsey, you have your CHEF! He keeps the cost of the food to minimum while serving food so tender and delicious it literally quivers as your fork comes near. His personality is so precious that he would pop out of the kitchen every now and then with a joke as we were telling jokes like a stand up comedian! Everyone fell in love with him and one of my guests wanted to adopt him --- wife, children and all!! This chef loves his job with a passion and loves doing his job with a passion. If you are not happy, he is not happy. Brian is a chef you cannot afford to pass on----if you do for someone that may be a little less by maybe $100. or so----you will miss the quality, the show, the whole nine yards. Oh! I've known Carolyn for many years, and in the past two years, have been lucky to taste her delicious and skilled cuisine. Among my favorites were the pistachio encrusted salmon and the tapenade appetizer. But I've also enjoyed her fabulous Caesar salad and flourless chocolate cake. Carolyn knows how to build a well rounded and coordinated menu that is both delicious and inviting. Carolyn is knowledgeable of health conscious food choices, has a broad repertoire of vegetarian specialities, and is very accommodating to picky palates. She's also quite sensitive to those who wish to avoid starchy white foods and knows appropriate alternatives. I hope to continue to enjoy Carolyn's mouth watering creations and would recommend her chef skills to anyone who loves to eat.
The tasting for the event was outstanding. Such an amazing presentation on the plate of the entree. I was also impressed by the chef who took the time to serve us himself and give a detail description of the meal. Our sales contact Lisa was amazing as well very knowledgeable and professional. Will definitely recommend them to others.
Her and her chef were very friendly and hard-working in order to tend to all of my prom group's needs. They were the excellent duo and the food was incredible. Everything was fresh and hot (if necessary.)
I arranged for Cari to host a cooking event for my husband's birthday. My husband loves to cook, so instead of using her as a personal chef, she taught my husband and my mother-in-law how to make homemade ravioli and cannoli. She was incredibly patient and helpful and they thoroughly enjoyed the evening. In the end, I enjoyed the dinner. Big thanks to Cari!
Highly recommended! They provided my wife and I with everything I needed for my event for 800 people. They also gave me a really great deal and were very flexible with my budget. On thumbtack I went through many catering companies and all of them were either overpriced or the food quality was below average. In addition I loved how they provided me a beverage bar with Hibiscus based drinks and organic lemonades. I especially loved their Lavender Cheesy Bread and Cherry Lime Hibiscus. Servers and Owners were prompt and the bartending service specialized in specialty cocktails that were smoked or traditional. Either way Spiced Lavender Catering is very professional and very fast to respond on any questions that I had. Also they are great for casual or high end venues that include weddings and corporate events. I cant thank them enough for saving me alot of stress at the last moment and they exceeded my expectation in everything from food to the exceptional service. Again I also cant thank them enough for being flexible with my timing and budget. Thanks Chef Nina.
