Thomas and Jennifer are absolute gems. I began working with Thomas in 2015, and I've stayed a member ever since. While I've not been as consistent as I would like to be due to a hectic travel and work schedule, Thomas and Jennifer have been so supportive, kind, and flexible. Their new system of having workouts pre-loaded onto an app is so helpful both when I'm in their gym and when I'm out on the road. I have never been athletic in my life, and they've made me come a long way! I have always been nervous about anything physical (especially in public), but they are so positive, motivating, and keep things fun. I've come to think of them as part of my personal circle. I've gone to the gym on many days when I feel like I need the endorphins and some encouragement from my favorite people! I cannot recommend them enough. I hope to remain a client for many years to come!!
Jose is a great trainer. He greets me when I come into the gym and motivates me so I get the most of my workout. I have been training with him for a few months but already can see a difference in how I look and more importantly how I feel.

Jerell Tigner is an awesome coach he is great with my daughter teaches her basketball privates we couldn't be any more happy with him she knew nothing about the sport and is learning. He is very patient a has a great personality.
Ricky is great! My boyfriend and I have been doing group in home training (so convenient) with Ricky 2-3 times a week for the past few months and I've really noticed a difference in my overall fitness and strength. His scheduling is very flexible so just about anytime I want to work out, he's available. Ricky's style is very different than working out alone. He works the whole body using a mixture of approaches that keeps me from getting bored or falling into a rut. Also, I LOVE the boxing. Also, Ricky's a nice guy. But be warned: he's tough. The first month I felt like I wanted to throw up - and that was just after the warm up! I'd highly recommend Ricky for anyone looking to increase strength and muscle tone as well as cardio training and conditioning.
Jennifer is an excellent trainer who makes sure to push me in my training. Her knowledge of workouts is exceptional as she always keeps giving me new workouts. Def recommend.
I've been weight training for 25 years and have a pretty good understating of fitness & nutrition. After my first session with Will, I knew immediately that I was working with a guy that had a very high fitness & nutrition IQ. Will takes an inside out approach, the right approach, to your body, and although the weights and reps seem at first a bit entry level, you will leave each session knowing that you just got worked out in a way you never have. I can honestly say that I would very highly recommend Will to anyone that is serious about a real long lasting transformation. When you are training with him even little adjustments he does when lifting weights, from the way you position your shoulders or back to how your far apart your feet are make a great difference and the best part is that you see the results.
