Lori Duff has been a God-send for me these past 3 weeks, as she has launched me into a holistic plan for my long-term fitness, health and wellness. Working with Warren, aka Dubs, has absolutely been a life changing experience. Overall he has helped me change my diet, my workout routine, and ultimately my mentality towards health and fitness. Dubs is very knowledgeable about personal training and is superb in helping his clients receive the results they are looking for. After working with him for only about 3-4 weeks, I had already started to see some great results! When I started my search for a personal trainer, I did not know where to start. I knew I would likely need the person to meet me at my office gym because I work many hours. Also, knowing myself and my likelihood of continuing a workout routine and sticking to it decreases for each pause point (getting out of the office, driving out of the office garage to a gym, etc) that is baked into the process of getting to in an effective day's workout. I found Gigi on Thumbtack, reviewed her website, and made contact. Her response time was fantastic. We setup a time to discuss what I was looking for by phone. During the convo by phone, she recommended us meeting face-to-face (no pressure and no charge for either the call or the f-t-f meeting). Upon meeting her, I was impressed with her punctuality, communicating abilities (text, ability to use GPS for address locations, asking the questions I would expect when starting a workout routine, etc), her attentiveness to my answers to questions, and a no-pressure approach to discussing my training needs. I decided to try personal gym training for the first time and bought a package of sessions. I have now finished one package of sessions and feel stronger and have noticed more definition in my body tone. If you are considering personal training, be honest with yourself about: 1) how hard you push yourself when you work out alone. I know without a doubt that I would probably given about 50% (at best) of the push during my workout that I gave when working with Gigi. 2) the likelihood of actually getting to the location to workout (there are always more appealing options that we all rationalize our excuses away when deciding to blow off our solo attempts to go to the gym--friends meeting for dinner, family obligations, errands, and the list is endless) when going solo to the gym 3) the time (even a couple of hours a week) and the money you put into your workout really is for YOU, your health (physical and mental), and your life. I recommend Gigi for your training needs. She always has a variety of workouts (and even brings many different tools with her to add variety to the workout), takes notes of the workouts completed each visit, and strikes the right balance of push with a careful eye on your actual capacity as to not push into unhealthy territory for your body and physical level--this point is important because there are so many people with different capacities, different ages, needs, etc. Reach out to her, contact her, you will not be disappointed. Take a step for YOU and your health.
She was very humble & listened intently to the issues going on in my life. She identified not only the biggest problem I was experiencing, & how to resolve it, she also told me quite a few little things I can do everyday that will help me feel better/calmer, increase my overall health, energy, & stamina. I highly recommend going to her for everything from just looking to relax to helping identify issues that medical doctors or psychiatrists may have missed completely. I will continue to seek her guidance while I'm going thru this huge transition in my life!
I have been fortunate to work with Dave over 10 years now. Everything from rehab, fitness, and nutrition, he has always been on point. Also very good at educating me personally about my body and keeping me healthy as possible. Being a professional athlete you have to take care of your body and David Ghaazee makes it easier to do that because of his knowledge in health and wellness.

I’ve never had a personal trainer before, but was introduced to GYMGUYZ through a health fair at work. I was hesitant if I would stick with it, but once they explained the group sessions I was eager to sign up with my friends. They drive a truck full of equipment straight to you and teach you something new every time. We’ve been working with Charlene who always brings her high spirits to keep you motivated and is a text away to answer any questions! She’s been learning what motivates each of us and adjusts her practice to get us better results. I really am pleased I’ve found a way to get motivated with my friends without having to make the trip to the gym!
I've been training almost two months with Chad now. I felt the difference in my overall health after a month. Chad is very personable and upbeat. He keeps me laughing even when I'm working on that last set of squats or the dreaded planks. He mixes up the workouts, where one day I may be working on weights to resistance bands to using my own stairs. I never know what to expect which removes the boredom from a typical workout. What I like most about Chad is that he's empathic, I feel he truly takes the time to get to know me and he cares. He's designed workouts just for me. He gives me that extra push and encourages me during the workout. I feel blessed to have found him when I did. I'm so much stronger not only physically but mentally. Courtney/Rockwall

Ben is a awesome coach! He is very knowledgeable about exercises as well as diets. Also he has passion for his clients. For the past 3 months he has helped me get lean and conditioned for my bikini competition and won 1st place. He is not just a good coach but also a great friend! Highly recommend him!
When Kendra called, she came across very sweet and sincere with a soft spoken voice. When I met her at her office, she was very much professional in her wanting to know how she could help relieve the physical pain and stress that I was going through. The office is located in a great spot in Addison. She even showed me a tour of the building and told me that she also does personal training. That'll definitely be a plus once I'm back in better physical health. She's well worth going to visit.
