Worth The Money ... So how much would YOU pay to reach your personal fitness/body goals? I would have paid almost anything IF I knew the results would be there...fortunately I found Sonny and Sonny was affordable... I had learned a lot in gyms over the last few years from avid gym goers (BroScience) unfortunately they had me doing lifts wrong... Did you know that proper form changes everything ? I did not until I started training with Sonny found out if I was doing the lifts with proper form working the muscle group it was targeted for that I would have to drop down in weight (it did hurt my ego a bit) BUT I am happy to tell you after doing them with proper form I got GAINS. Sonny has never been difficult to book, is completely engaged with you as a client during a training session and always explains in simple terms what you are targeting with an exercise and why It will work. Now for the bad part Sonny believes in training all of the body yes I am gonna tell you there will be core at the end of a session, Here is where a true fitness professional like Sonny really shines.... He keeps me motivated to give it my all even with the exercises (core) that I detest..SO If you are looking for a really excellent trainer and you are considering hiring Sonny I suggest you give him a chance to earn your business ...he has changed the way my body looks increased my strength and endurance as well as earned my continued business
I am extremely happy with Adam as a trainer. I have had several trainers over the years and he ranks among the best. He was diligent in researching my injury, listened to my concerns, and has created a fitness regimen that is sound and effective. He is supportive and helps motivate, but doesn't push too hard.
Lori Duff has been a God-send for me these past 3 weeks, as she has launched me into a holistic plan for my long-term fitness, health and wellness. Lori cares about all aspects of her clients' weight loss needs, and any triggers that have prevented someone from previously reaching their fitness goals. She is always on time and prepares for our sessions in advance. In my first 10 days I lost 5lbs, thanks to the hard work in my sessions with Lori, and the nutritional education she is providing me. Cody is the absolute best! He really pushes and challenges you, but is very supportive as well. I find myself really missing the sessions during breaks in training. NXT Rep Fitness is a great, do-work gym and feels like a small family.

Evan is such an amazing trainer and motivator. He is always energenic and passionate about his clients. He makes each work out efficient and difficult, but understands how hard he can push you. Evan brings so much knowledge about overall fitness to each session. I have been working out with Evan with personal sessions for three months now and I've seen fantastic results - both weight loss and body shaping. He is willing to mentor you through your journey no matter how difficult.
Ryan Wood is an expert fitness trainer and professional. He is thoroughly competent and organized, and plans individualized training programs. Ryan is a great communicator and listener. My previous trainers pale in comparison to him.
I want to let each of you know what my experience has been with Dan. I turn 59 this year and I have worked out with a number of trainers over the years. I call them counters because thats all they did for me. They counted and I did all the work no results! Then I met Dan in January of this year. I did the genetics testing as he recommended. Once I received the results he explained to me what the results meant and what I needed to do to get in better shape. From nutrition and cardio to weight training, he has guided me along the way. We started training three days a week. He taught me how to box as a cardio routine. Never thought I would get it, but with his patience and guidance I am now boxing and loving it GREAT CARDIO!!! Weight training has been amazing! I have never seen results like this before!! His knowledge and understanding of the human body through nutrition and weight training is the most valuable information I have ever received. Thank you Dan for changing my body and life! Robert H.
I would HIGHLY recommend this gym and the trainers for anyone at any fitness level! It's the best deal you'll find anywhere for personal training and it's legit. Fitness has always felt like a chore to me, but this is the first time that I'm actually excited about it and look forward to my workouts. Great people/atmosphere, flexible with scheduling, and very knowledgeable staff. They know their stuff and make it fun! I NEVER write reviews for anything, but this is worth telling people about. Try it out, you won't regret it.
I trained with Randy before and after my knee replacement several years ago. He helped me with my weight loss and strengthening my knee to prepare for the surgery. And after the surgery he helped me build up the muscles around my knees as well as a total body work out. I felt like he had a good understanding of what I wanted and needed and pushed me to achieve my maximum ability. I would definitely recommend Randy to anyone looking for a fitness trainer

I hired Stephen as my personal trainer and I can’t say enough positive things about him. He is very high energy and just what I needed as a trainer to push me and teach me about proper form and technique. He is very educated on nutrition and physical fitness! He emphasizes proper nutrition and we discuss meal plans daily to help me lose weight quickly. Every session I get a great workout, feel wonderful after and I have honestly seen results in about two weeks considering the training I am doing with Stephen and the diet he has put me on. I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS TRAINER TO ANYONE! At a very competitive hourly rate, you can’t ask for a better experience. I will continue to use this service for the rest of the year….5 STARS!!!!!
Vincent is an awesome trainer! He is passionate about health and fitness and genuinely cares about helping people achieve their goals. During the time I have been training with Vincent, I have continued to improve my fitness level as well as my overall strength and abilities. He is really good at pushing me at just the right pace by keeping my workouts challenging but doable. He has a great balance of being positive and encouraging but still holding you accountable to your commitments. I would highly recommend Vincent to anyone who is looking for a great trainer who is both knowledgeable and very good at what they do! Tammie W.
Great location? Check. Great trainer? Check. Great owner who truly cares about her clients and their well-being? DOUBLE CHECK! I could have gone to any "traditional" gym and fallen victim to overcrowded classes, overzealous trainers and overpriced services...but I didn't. Instead I chose a small, but mighty fitness studio that is tailored to my needs and supports my efforts in making me the strongest I can be. Couple that with their focus on healthy living and eating and I have everything I need in a partner that again, truly wants to see me succeed. Jessica has been working with me for about a month. She is motivating, knowledgable and somehow able to even get an overweight, unmotivated man to get excited about getting in shape. In the first 3 weeks of training, she was able to help me lose 5 pounds and take an inch of my waist. Now 5lbs might not sound like much, but you have to consider that I was also gaining muscle mass so actual fat loss was probably closer to 8-9lbs. Not Withstanding an old, untreated shoulder injury that has sidelined me for the last week, I am looking forward to the next session. In addition to her professinalism, Jessica offers a wide range of locations to workout, from your own home or apartment gym to a long list of boutique gyms where you can get the work done without the big box gym social scene. I have experience in nutrition and fitness, but Kay challenged me greatly. He taught me moves that I never thought of, and he consistently asked me if they were challenging enough, so he valued my input. I began my weight loss journey just right thanks to him!
Great training experience. Evelyn wants you to achieve your "best physical self". She knows how to motivate her classes and give nutritional advice a well as performance. Many trainers know how many reps to lift per weight catagory but that gets BORING quick! Evelyn has so many interesting options for cardio and strength training. My personal favorite was always the TRX - you can workout entire body in MANY ways... fun means you RETURN!
Derek is the outstanding trainer for which you hope and pray. His knowledge and ability is exceptional on strength training, nutrition, supplementation and all facets of fitness. I have worked with Derek for close to two years and can confidently say that he is the partner required to drive the results that I desire.
