Joe J. says, "I highly recommend this contractor. I had been looking for someone to make several different repairs around my elderly parents house for a couple of months. The house needed both large repairs and small repairs. Most of the contractors who came by and quoted did one or the other and I wanted 1 company to do all of the repairs to eliminate any finger pointing if any of the repairs had issues. Therefore all the quotes I was receiving were astronomically high quotes because (I assume) they would be using other people to fulfill several of their required items they didn’t want to do. The Yaroslov Handyman/Blue Collar Bros.’ quote to complete ALL major and minor repairs was VERY reasonable. They listed the major items in their quote, but I requested a line item stating “all miscellaneous repairs around the exterior of the house” and a comment stating any unlisted item taking over 30 minutes would be discussed and pricing adder agreed to before performing service. They came to my parent’s house and fixed EVERYTHING. They found a few additional small repairs and only asked for the cost of materials to repair. Areas they repaired included re-hanging all sagging gutters (including cleaning them and reinstalling the screen guards), replacing a downspout (matching the color), sealing cracks in the concrete on the front porch and reapplying a topcoat which made the porch look new. They also repaired the round wood columns on the front porch with epoxy and painted them, repaired all cracks in the exterior brick and mortar, touch-up paint around the entire house and garage, repaired or replaced damaged vinyl siding and even glued a loose trim piece on their wood floors inside. All work was completed with excellent craftsmanship and their communication before, during and after the installation was top notch. If you need anything repaired or updated at your home or business, I highly recommend this company."See more
