I posted on Thumbtack looking for a personal trainer, and Zach sent me a message asking if I would be interested in working out with him. We did a free trial session together and I have been using him ever since (almost 3 months). I recently got engaged this year, and I want to make sure that I look my best for the big day. I wanted to look more toned, be able to run a half marathon, and live a healthier lifestyle and be more active. I also have a history of asthma, so he made sure to watch out for that during our workouts. Zach set up a program customized for me and my goals, and then we went to work. I work out once a week with him, and do a variety of cardio, strength training, and balance exercises during our time together. He also writes out additional exercises to complete during the week as well, so I keep myself accountable. He is also very flexible on different workout times throughout the week, so if something comes up, we can change it easily to fit out schedules. When I started working out, I weighed between 150-145. I am down to 135 and have lost three inches around my waist, as well as other target areas. Zach has been a great personal trainer for me and I will continue to use him.
I can’t say enough good things about Laura. I was on a search to find enjoyment again through working out. I’d tried all sorts of group workouts, different gym classes and even a personal trainer at a gym, without success. I was becoming discouraged and beginning to feel a bit hopeless. She is extremely diligent with her timeliness and great with communication. She has been very accommodating and flexible when life events occasionally come up. I am so thankful to have found Laura. I have trained with Greg for approximately one year and not only have I seen changes to my body but also to my mind. He helped me realize that you can surpass any physical challenge if your mind is in the right place. He is extremely knowledgably in comprehensive weight training and kinesiology. I started personal training with David in January and have made more progress in the past few months than I have in years. I tore my ACL in 2015 and after surgery I never really got back into a consistent strength training routine until now. David has kept me motivated and made me realize that my old injury doesn’t have to be an excuse. The corrective exercises and mini progressions have given me a lot more confidence with how I move now. I haven’t been this active in some time now so it’s been a great experience overall getting back at it.

I have worked out on my own for years, but after joining 24 hour fitness, I wanted help with the various types of equipment and developing a workout routine. I signed up with Matt. He is very knowledgeable and professional. He not only instructed me in proper usage of the equipment, but he pointed up mistakes in form that I have been making that hinders the full benefit of working out. He also helped me overcome a painful shoulder that I had been tolerating for months. I highly recommend Matt to anyone that wants an effective workout routine.

I have been working with Shelly off and on for months. I have a very hectic schedule which has prevented me from seeing her more often but she is always willing to write workouts for me when I can't meet with her.
